I ve tryed this app for the better part of a month After entering a note and pressing done the app crashes EVERY TIME Backing up to Google Drive is non existent and Synchronization is horrible This is a great app if the bugs were repaired It would be very useful but not in this state     DO NOT BUY THIS APP Smogman1

I ve had several issues with the app crashing and the passcode feature not working and despite repeated emails to the developer I ve had no response Not at all impressed waste of money     Good in theory stinks in practice Sherwink

Ehh not bad but it could be brilliant if it was a little more customizable I work with the homeless so I don t need address phone entry spots But I could really use a line to put their social security numbers education etc If these data entry lines could be customized I d use the software give it 5 stars             Not Bad Aliasair

Decent way to organize notes for a variety of clients Would rate higher if there were some method for identifying specific client goals or inputting some sort of treatment plan I am using this to see clients in a school environment             Decent Dffgjjkkhgd

Seems like the best solution for Social Workers out there I am using the dictation for the notes on my i5 works great and saves me a lot of time                 Stands out compared to the other Apps MarthaSmithson

This is the first time an App is actually making a difference for my job on a daily basis I am using it for all my Clients and it really helps keeping track of all the information and data I have to say it made an impact on how my clients are perceiving me                     Almost like a personal assistant Patricia_7865
