The good This application tries hard to follow the GTD It has somedaywaiting inboxes it has a projects inbox And it has a nifty calendar view that syncs with your google calendar The bad the user interface is not that appealing at allnot that big of a deall knew that already There are no Context for your task And the worse part is the fact that the calendar and contact tabs are very misleading The Calendar tabs shows you what is on your calendar but the tabs you schedule do not sync to the Google calendar themselves I bought this app mostly for the delegate and contact functionality The contact tab is almost useless all it does is show your contacts and allows you to send an email from within the app You cant even choose an option within the task to assign it to someone in your contacts As far as delegation goes There is no way to delegate task to someone unless they have the app themselves This app made it sound like delegation would be done through syncing with google contacts and calendar That is not the case you can not invite someone to complete a task through google calendarcontacts I wish I could get a refund because 10 bux is steep for an app that cant do what I bought it for and that is to send tasks or invites to people in my contacts I delegate task to Very disapointed

I tried a few ToDo apps that are nice but I needed something like a Ganntt chart This app has a great look and feel Good App and Support

This is a very good task management app and helps make the iPad a great tool for my business I would definitely buy it again This app works fine for me
