I downloaded it about 2 weeks ago but first to open it it asked to load a dmg file I emailed their support team and they said that due to an Apple licensing agreement you had to open another zip file first So they sent me the file and the zip said data recovery but opened up as photo recovery I was sent a second zip and the same Then I was sent another file it finally opened correctly to data recovery but it kept freezing after scanning about 16gb of memory Finally FINALLY I was sent one that opens and works correctly However those files that I needed have already been redone         I took a long time to get it to work too late GRAlex3
