Great app but it seems to have problem importing vertical photos It imports them as stretched horizontallandscape              Vertical photo problem

I love this app Theres something so simple and poetic about being able to combine my photos with text I like tweaking the fonts the text size the placement and the words interactively against the image Great and simple                 A wonderful idea

For wordsmiths who are also shutterbugs but definitely not graphic designers this is app is just the ticket Its so easy to make pictures say more than their allotted 1000 words What a handy tool to have right before the holidays Ill be using it to send personalized ecards but no doubt other creative types will find countless innovative ways to use it too                 embarrassment free cards

45 stars actually I do enjoy imagewords Initially I ran into a few challenges and glitches but I have established some work arounds as Ive been having lottsa fun with this simple but rather elegant app Large text shifted on me when I saved to the photo library or imported to email and of course I coudnt get the program to repeat the glitch next go round I will keep exploring and see if I can reproduce the problem and document it for Alon who answered my questions immediatelyand ths is over the holiday weekend Kudos on great customer service for sure I have been tweaking layout including type sizes and choice placing and positioning different text blocks and saving to the photo library then opening up again from there Any more elegant way to do this currently And of course this then establishes lottsa work files that I cant scrub No trash yet Would love to juggle color within a sentence But saying all thatperhaps my problems are induced by too many Christmas cookies and Egg Nogand to be fair imagewords doesnt try or purport to be THE endall beall layout juggernaut but is certainly SMART as in flexible and intuitive EASY to use and a featurerich bargain              GREAT App

The included variety of fonts helps writing creative quips on photos Very easy to position and increase or decrease size I had a question about the app and contacted the creators I was most happy to have received an immediate response which solved my dilemma                 Quick and easy

I was really skeptic about buying this app thinking it wasnt worth the 199 but I said to hell with it and bought it anyways I love love love this app Its so simple you drag and drop the text you have a plethora of fonts to choose from and its professional And with the colors I love how theres an actual color wheel well its a box but you get what Im saying but would it not be better if we can actually put in our own hexadecimal HSV or RGB color codes We can look up the precise color that we want and just plug them in But that is not even a complaintmust a suggestion Overall this app is awesome                 Simplicity at its best

While I generally like the app for tge writingtext feature I was very disappointed to find that my 12mp images were saved at 28mp Thats reallyb a shame and tends to tarnish an otherwise nice app The app is simple and intuitive to use and very flexible with fonts colors transparencies etc If you are not worried about the degradation to any of your hires images then not to worry the app is just what you were looking for Improve the final resolution make Original the default and add an option for a lower res save           Nice App disappointed in the resolution

The word nifty seems like the perfect fit for this fun little app The concept is simple and the execution smoothly integrated into the iPad gestural interface No need to open a heavy program like Photoshop on a regular computer if all you need to do is drop some stylized text into an image Moving the text around with your fingers seems so natural too its the kind of app thats perfectly suited to the iPad and exactly what you need to perform such a simple task quickly and with fluidity and grace Its also fun to just play around with I recommend creating absurd juxtapositions of words and images Im thinking about those funny photos that match eg quotes from Star Wars with characters from Lord of the Rings Etc Makes me die laughing You can do serious things too if you have to Download and enjoy                 Wordpainting on images

Nice simple app that lets you add short text to photos Decent selection of fonts I like that I can choose the text color and control opacity Perfect for turning photos into postcards love notes or mindteasing koans This is an app I will definitely use              Just what I was looking for

Ive really enjoyed using this app I love the gallery of available photos on the top of the screen They give a great idea of what can be done with the app I like experimenting with transparency and font settings of the text It is easy to use and I dont need a big user manual to figure it out I also like how I can press and hold an image to rearrange the order for the slide show Its great to be able to add my own pictures and then share them with friends Ive truly enjoyed using this application A very simple and creative idea Keep up the great work                 Simply enjoyable

I used this app before to make some pretty ecards and email them to friends but I really like it now that I can mail an actual postcard through it Cant wait to get a card in the mail and I am going to surprise some friends with a Happy New Year cards soon too                 Super easy and fun way to mail a postcard

This is a great App which works exactly as advertised Im enjoying experimenting with it and its got my creative juices flowing which I gather is exactly what it was intended to do Regarding the reviewer who wants more professional features this isnt Photoshop nor does it aspire to be and it doesnt cost 800 either And the lack of additional fonts is a limitation of the iPad not the App As for drop shadows you can do a reasonable representation by placing black text saving the photo to your library loading it back into the App then placing white text of the same font and size over the black with whatever offset you desire The only thing I would like to see added is additional text colors which the developer tells me is coming in a future release BTW Im VERY impressed with the developer I sent my feedback on a Sunday afternoon and got a reply within 20 minutes This App is simple elegant and produces great results for a low price and the developer is one of the most responsive Ive dealt with since I bought my iPad I highly recommend this App and look forward to future updates of it as well as future releases from the developer Kudos                 Simple but elegant I love it

This is good start but will only be attractive to serious users with multiple text blocks kerning line spacing color choice drop shadows text rotation all the tools you need to make typographic art The ability to add your own fonts to the iPad system would be great too Why do developers rush out unfinished or incomplete apps and lose us        Very Basic

This was not good Every time I try and add a picture it gives me LOADS of the exact same pic It also keeps glitching I spent money on THIS     No good
