The back button is way too high and works inconsistently Like it goes partially out of the safe bounds of the screen and into the notch ears Also you should implement swipe back features instead of making the user rely on the back button as that would make navigating your app much easier I can t justify purchasing something through this service if I am unable to easily use the app have to keep closing the app if I need to go back     Not properly optimized for iPhone X Soren446

i ve made two projects with Impressed and they realy go above and beyond with their interactions and service Their products are great they re meticulous communicative and they give a ton of personal attention                     love these guys katmcmsm

Had a few simple issues with loading the pictures for making my picture books but with some persistence they came together perfectly The next day I have an email with a personal review of my pictures pointing out a couple grainy shots and cutting my friends head off I was really impressed wink wink with the time taken to review before moving forward as they are Christmas presents Can t wait to see these books                     Good app great customer service Hethmozilla

At first I almost freaked out that I had spent 3 hours creating a special album for my little boy and his best friend because when I switched to another app to edit the brightness on a photo and retuned to the app my album appeared to be gone There is no Help page to trouble shoot which would give it a 5 star for me It would also help if the app re opened on the project you were last working on instead of the home page I finally figured out that there is a My Projects tab at the bottom of the page that gives you options on which products to buy Whew That solved it The book is bright and beautiful We are thrilled with the quality                 Neat photo album app Sheli Aidan

I am impressed The color and quality are stunning in my photo book and I only used medium rez prints as the source I cropped and sized these several to a page and yet each individual photo comes out so clear I can t praise their work highly enough I do use Shutterfly and Apple and none of their Photo books ever came out as beautifully as this one I will be using Impressed more and more and the prices are reasonable too                     High quality Clrphtgjds1960

I have been making books with this app for two years now They always turn out great They have become my photo albums of trips Customer service is great and they email right away if I have a picture that s blurry etc and make sure it s okay This is the only book making app I use                     Love my books Bootskat

This was the first Instagram type printing service I ve used Have downloaded about 5 others but was most intrigued by the Impressed service I was given a welcome coupon for signing up and am so glad I used it I received not only excellent prints on some great top quality card stock but the customer support team e mailed me shortly after submitting my photos alerting me to the fact that three of the images were poor quality Given those are my only versions I gave the approval to go ahead with the prints and they were super kind to accomodate I received my prints in a timely manner and was so excited to see how great they all turned out Even the lower resolution images looked good I ve had an awesome experience and will absolutely be using their app and service again soon awesome highlyrecommend                     Super happy camper Kedish

Too often I download apps onto my iPhone and find myself sorely disappointed Deleting often and even after paying This app however has been nothing but a wonderful surprise I cannot get enough And the customer service is incredibly professional Three orders later and i am scouring my iPhotos to order more I highly recommend this app Great for gifts especially with the holidays just around the corner                     LOVE LOVE LOVE Gugvvgfytfff

For some unexplained reason that customer support couldn t help with the 2k plus pictures on my phone don t show up in there app only 3 pictures did To be able to select pictures right from all photos on your phone would be great     Phone pics don t show kellekel

Every time I try and add photos to order it gets to about the 18th one and then the stupid app crashes and it doesn t save the photos I ve chosen already I d love to review how the prints are but I can t even get that far     App crashes every time justcooking1

This app was really easy to use on my iPhone and I like how you can use photos from any social media you re using I ve been looking for a photobook company to make this album since July Im picky and this app worked for me I just sent my order in for a photo book Ive read really good reviews so I m excited to see it arrive 10 13 2014 I had a line spacing error on one page of my book a Customer Rep contacted me fixed the error and emailed me when my book was sent to print So far I m Impressed 10 17 14 book arrived it s perfect The paper the pics are printed on are just want I wanted I can t wait to show off my new book I ll be making more                     Photobook Allie Toineeta

In today s day and age I am always surprised disappointed to be hit with a big shipping fee at the end of my order In this case I made a photo book anticipating a 20 cost After finishing the project and filling in all of my info I am brought to the shipping options which are either 10 or 20 Wait my price just went up 150 This just leaves the customer with a bad taste please build shipping costs into your pricing model             Pretty app too bad about shipping bugbarley

Bought a set of the prints and they are much higher quality than I expected The books you can print from anywhere but the prints only work from Instagram it seems Still printed my Instagram photos and they arrived rather quickly and look great They even come with this cute tape so I can just stick it up on my wall and not have to worry about framing or anything Easy to make easy to hang and they look great and are really versatile Highly recommended                     Nice app great output familyaccount99

Why can t you use the photos you currently have saved in your iPad You have to go through a process by syncing your photos to the PC then create a different folder         Can t use photos directly from iPad Jonovo
