Original post oct 13 2017 Still waiting for an update No update to the app has been made If you are considering buying an RV with this system either keep shopping or don t expect the system to work anytime soon If you are fortunate enough to have an older device that has not been upgraded to ios11 don t upgrade it App will not work and company just says we are working on it but that was several months ago They blame apple Original review Brand new 130 000 rig and spent half the day trying to get the iPhone connected and it has never connected Bluetooth is paired but never connects just keeps saying connecting to DC on the app Of course the salesman s android connected and worked perfectly to demo I m very frustrated at this point I have deleted and reinstalled the app shut down and restarted the DC and still nothing So far two service techs the sales manager and manufacturers rep have tried to help and it still will not work I am a computer tech so I am not an idiot but this is frustrating the crap out of me I sure wish I had discovered this before I signed the papers I might had kept looking     Still Doesn t work at all kmiller75771

I purchased a 2018 Redwood 5th wheel and the system works well when connected When it fails to connect is frustrating I d guess 80 it connects then for some unknown reason it will fail The last time it failed I rebooted the iPhone 7 and it connected right up Note to the SW engineers please provide pop up indicating connection issue with tips to reconnect As a retired SW engineer please fix the connect timeouts                 Ver Build 2 4 is better but still has connection issues Mark from Sequim

Bought my RV in July 2017 Fuzion 5th Wheel The app has works fine until yesterday 11 27 17 Have tried everything Deleted the app and reinstalled Reset the main control Nothing works The main control connects to my iPhone via BT just fine bet the app just gives me the message Connecting to DC but it never does Just glad I didn t let this nice to have feature sway me about my purchase It is handy when it works but you cannot count on it The company needs to get off their bits and keep their app updated I m sure it has something to do with the major iOS update that happened with the release of the new iPhones     What a POS HDIronhorse

I have a 140 000 Voltage Epic RV with the system I have called and tried to work with the engineers to fix the connection issues but no one will talk to me or call me back Very poor management I will be getting in contact with someone at corporate to make your engineering team do there job Hopefully this will open your eyes and start listening to you customers You need to remember that without the costumer you would not have a job         Connection Issues kcgisler

Doesn t pair with camper with the download of iOS 11 I contacted ASA Customer support who indicated they were coming out with an update in two weeks That was 2 months ago still no update I HATE having to use this app to control things in my camper It s a good thought but HORRIBLY executed     Poor Supercalafragilistice

Random app crashes randomly won t connect to hub interface doesn t feature all hub options but rather a macro button to turn every light on App should work exactly as hub works Otherwise it s pointless iPhone 6s running iOS 10     Horrible Thatguyjh

This system is no to bad it works most of the time Some times I have connection issues some times I get errors But all in all one else the bugs get worked out it will be nice I do like how I can be outside and watch the awnings go in or out to make sure there is no problem Or to stand in the hallway and be there to see if a pop out might have a conflict going in                 Not to bad but can improve Big‘n'long

This app is very easy to use and sync with my Raptor I really enjoy being able to monitor my generator fuel tank level as well as the auxiliary fuel tank level My wife really likes the child safe features                     Excellent Functionality Juare22
