Same as everyone else This app doesnt let me login Voya needs to fix this     App not working

When are we going to get an app that we can log in with or will you revert us back to our old app     My ING APP worked This doesnt

App WILL NOT function at all in iOS 9 This app has not been reasonably updated sine iOS 7 and iPhone 5 came out Unacceptable VOYA     Please Update for iOS 9 Tough ID

Called Voya about the app not working and was given the polite response we dont know The ING app worked just fine this one is a dud     What App

Times out each time I try to view my account details making it necessary to login repeatedly     Repeatedly times out

Cannot log in A total waste of time     USELESS

After the ING app updated to the VOYA app when trying to log in it says SITE LOCKED application currently unavailable     No access to app

Constantly needs updating on an almost monthly basis and wont even let you login until you do so     Annoying updates required

Good app but really ought to have an iPad version as well Most people arent going to do retirement planning on their phone On a tablet perhaps              Please release an iPad version

This app does not work While traveling a month ago I used this app to get out of the market in our 401ks I got a message that said the transaction was received and the changes would be completed after the market closed This morning my wife got on INGs web page and saw that we were still in the market This app shows that we are out of the market and the ING website says we are in So beware of making important transactions with this app     Not Happy

This app is horrible Every time I press the investment or any other navigation button the app says your session has timed out Then I have to repeatedly login again Only to find out that it continues to do the same thing     W

Its an OK app but the estimated retirement income feature is terrible Slide selector can get you close but not exact Ranges are not appropriate either        Eh

A lot of negative reviews all about logging in Tried my first time and got in The app itself is easy to use and very clear to the point All in all I give it 5 stars                 Great app

It worked one day I tried to log in the next day and said I needed to update After the update it lost my username and my password no longer works What an update Just started using and already not impressed Why not make sure it all works before releasing     Doesnt work

I have iOS 6 Ive been using this app for quite a while now it wont let me use it because it says my version is out of date I try to download the new version but it says I need iOS 7 but there is an older version available for download that will work I download it try to run it but it says it isnt supported Voya you need to get your stuff together you are alienating people that dont like upgrading and change     no longer a working version available

Completely quit working on iPhone 6 Wont load past startup screen     Not working

Maybe some of the negative reviewers are trying to day trade their 401k The app has the basic functionality you need check your balance change your contribution rate etc The orange money representation is a nice reminder of where you stand                 Its a retirement account app

Well by forcing me to upgrade the silver lining is that I get to come here to complain And unlike the online survey where I have pointed this out before I get to give my real uncensored opinion This widget called myOrangeMoney is the biggest pain Its been on the website for over a year and now theyve brought it to mobile Its this little picture of an orange dollar bill where you get to play around with controls and daydream about how much money you could be socking away if you could earn more from your current employer Maybe its helpful to someone But for me its a mandatory eye sore first thing you see on the web and now in this version When youre in a big hurry and just want to see if your employer added your funds or how the market is doing so you can decide how to allocate your real money you dont immediately see your grand total anymore You see this dollar bill game You cant turn it off You cant move it On the web you can collapse it but its only for that session Then it returns To hell with your specific monetary big picture You must play with this dollar bill game first Oh and dont have a need to actually print your totals The bill game takes up half a page of real estate I dont have a problem with change but Voya seems to want to wave stuff like this in front of you to keep you away from whats really important Want to make your service better Do a little bit of UI testing and make the navigation less convoluted so I can quickly tell the difference between moving my funds between each other or changing my contribution allocations The only thing that makes me feel a little better is that my employer will soon be moving off of Voya the only thing they may be doing right in ages I dont think I could stand looking at this kind of patronizing for the next 2530 years     myOrangeMoney experience

Logged in just fine with employee id and password Very useful and showed exactly what I wanted to see in the app in terms of balances day to day and rate of return etc No complaints from this user                 Works great

New version 30 is broken dont upgrade It will let you log in and get past the initial screen but then after that it tells you your session has timed out and throws you back to the login screen     Broken

Why doesnt this app show investments and withdrawals At least on the web site you can find them if you root around long enough And why cant you manage investments        D

This app is convenient and very easy to use I just wish there was an iPad version also currently it is only available for iPhone              Great App

Downloaded this just to keep an eye on things Logged in easily and it has all the basic info im looking for The 5 negative reviews before mine must be outdated              Simple Works for me

When my login fails and you tell me to contact customer service you really should provide the phone number so I know where to call There are too many phone numbers associated with VOYA and I have no idea who to call It stinks to not be able to access my account     Provide phone number

Forced upgrades are never cool especially when the said upgrade is worse than the one that it replaces     Forced upgrade
