This app is useless has no business being available to download It s not user friendly and does not coincide with what the website has available to use You receive a zero star rating for even putting this app out there     Horrible Dr. Jekly

This up what some what ok then started to crush every time I need to write and close alerts I updated my iPad and it won t work at all because you haven t updated your app I don t own a computer so I m out of luck if I need to close an alert I downloaded the new version but it doesn t have the option to close alerts great It is frustrating when apps don t respond nor work properly what s the point of this app if is not working then the fact the we paying this company to supposedly create better customers service when we can not be efficient responding to our guest Please get it right and fix it     Up not working properly mocharojas

Was sent a survey from y all on behalf of Nike and drove all the way to the store and tried to use it and then the employee tells me it only has 0 88 on it He then tells me to call the support team which is InMoment So I call them and get a call back from them about two hours later and the lady was very helpful it seemed like and told me the one they sent me was broken and that she would send me a new one in 24 hrs And I ask if in the future I could check the balance and she said only way was to call or email them 48 hours go by and still no code so I email them and they send me a code immediately and I email back to have them ensure the code works and they email me back later and tell me the code didn t work that they literally just sent me Very frustrating Nike can do better then this company     Your Nike Survey Customer Support is Trash Mbegley33

Much slower to use than previous app Doesn t save login Really a waste of time I just want to see my recent reviews and be done va logging in and navigating menus to get info I need         Step backwards Texashcane

When we first got the app I liked it though the dates were wrong However the most recent comments were right there for me to see Now it s just the same as the website and it redirects me to log in again when I go to read a comment off the detail report This app has potential but has some serious kinks to work out Right now I m better off just using the website on my browser         Potential but some kinks Kiesmoon

I ve wanted InMoment to release an iPhone app for its website for so long and it s here There are kinks here and there but surely ones that will be corrected with future updates Just glad it s available thanks team                 Yay Such a useful resource JoeHolton
