I have used some push up challenge apps in the past but I have to say that I love the idea behind this app If you want to track a years worth of push ups then this is the app for you I love push ups
This is a great app to make you do push ups every single day The hardest part about exercise is deciding what to do and for how long This app gives you a goal to shoot for and keeps you accountable I think a similar app using pull ups would be a great idea Love the app

This app is great It reminds you at a certain time each day just to do pushups The ultimate goal is to be able to average about 100 pushups per day this is an app to pull you up and make you STRONGER Daily reminders
