When I first bought this It was a 5 star app With an update they completely changed the interface for the worse Now its a 3 star app Was 5 star app

On the one hand this has a pretty good selection of dinosaurs of course there are some Id like to see but oh well nice animation and some decent articles about paleontology and the Mesozoic On the other hand there are too many typos and the app can be clunky It occasionally crashes and sometimes its hard to open links you need to tap a few times to open up a dinosaur which can be frustrating especially for a little kid who just wants to see Apatosaurus But its not a bad app if you can get it on sale its definitely worthwhile Mixed bag but pretty good
Can you reinstall the timeline for the creatures in this app and remove the adds that is all I ask This app needs to be fixed
Got this for my 5 year old to keep him occupied while I had my hair appt after his was done nearly 90 min My 3 year old loves it also Ive looked at the app extensively myself and thought it was well worth the money There may be some discrepancies but if youre really a Dino nut youre going to look up your favorites on your own in other resources and still find this to provide hours of entertainment The narration is awesome so clear the variety of dinosaurs and timelines paints a world in your mind that would otherwise be hard to conceive of 3D renderings are superb Worth every penny Love it
When I first saw this 14 was a lot Now I gave in and bought is its worth every cent Its has amazing Dino faqs and video Only thing that could be better is like everyone said more dinosaurs would be great but there are hundreds of hundreds of dinosaurs to look at so a few at a time is what we ask If your a fan of dinosaurs get it youll be happy with it Great app

Was a great app I loved sharing with my childrennow it is full of adsnot worth it any moreIll find another way to share with my children Was GreatNow they filled it with ads
The interface update was great but it would be better If you could get the dinosaurs in an easier way like separated by Triassic Jurassic and Cretaceous like the previous interface But when you get to each creature you hear ambience and cricket chirps in the background while the animation is going and I wish there was a toggle to turn that off Thanks for the higher quality models Please take my ideas into consideration Great

This is an amazing Dinosaur app but please add more 3D model Dinosaurs like the Megasouras and also the Megalaton because that would be awesome And also more 3D fights between more Dinosaurs like T Rex vs Spino and also velociraptor vs Utahraptor More action in this app and this would be an amazing 5 stars thank you Very nice

I have tried numerous times but this app will not download and when it tries it freezes my iPad Please fix WILL NOT DOWNLOAD
Very impressive introduction to dinosaurs but it really does need more depth in the text Individual dinosaur descriptions are good but info on fossil hunting paleontologists creation of fossils overview of dinosaurs needs much more depth to be useful as an educational tool Id like to be able to rotate several skeletons not just fleshed out specimens Also more detailed anatomical visuals would be nice I still gave it 4 stars because it really is a wonderful introduction with just the right detail for 1015 year olds but not enough for high school students GoodBUT needs more detailed info

I purchased this app for my son who is obsessed with dinosaurs He was so excited but the app never works Every time we open it it works until it actually gets to the homepage and then crashes My son was very crushed and now I have no idea how to report it to get it fixed or to get my money back Dont waste your money buying this because it doesnt work Wont even work
Fix this and bring back the 3D models I could care less about ads but at least bring back the full features Please my daughter really liked that feature and now its gone Our children deserve to have this be back to the quality it was when we got this app PLEASE

The illustrations and interactive displays are outstanding and the narration by Fry is great its clear that a lot of time money and thought went into producing this app With that said it is completely inexplicable why the text is so poorly edited I assume that it was written by someone who is not a native English speaker rather than by an English speaker who is a careless writer Either way this app is marred by this lack of text editing which is a shame given its educational potential In the spirit of the author this app clearly better when editor is often needed Great visuals and narration but awful text

Loved this app but suddenly my audio is broken Narration wont play but when I click back on HOME I can hear a tiny clip of audio Thats it I will try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that fixes it Audio broken
The graphics are great however the facts are inaccurate almost every dinosaurs height is off In example Sauraposideon is not 7m tall but 17m Fix your facts and ill give it 5 stars Fact file not actually facts

Developers ruined this app This was one of mine and my childs favorites apps when it came out but now it is nearly unusableshame on you Ruined
Bought for our toddler to provide a better animated tool on dinosaurs but didnt know we needed superb Internet connection as in the home the narration only worked once and never worked since Audio isnt working
Although Im a huge fan of Walking With Dinosaurs this app is terrible The interface barely works and the audio narration wouldnt go away along with a few other glitches Please fix this I literally had to hit the back button ten times to get it working Terrible interface
Two of the three sections have only a dozen or so entries so a coverflow interface is usable But it is entirely inadequate to make a selection from the much longer and nonsearchable list of dinosaurs For example looking up the stegosaurus takes a ridiculous number of swipes and If you accidentally hit the button for another section you have to start swiping the Dino list from the start Ick Bad user interface
I love this game because I love science even if Im a gamer Awesome

Great content App needs higher resolution rendering of dinosaurs and fonts I suspect these would look jaggy and blurry even on a nonretina display I would prefer the interactivity level of something like Solar Walk for this price Give me a landscape filled with dinosaurs with a timeline control like Apples time machine that changes the landscape the dinosaurs and their populations Then let me explore in 3D and tap on more info on specific dinosaurs and zoom to them via an index That said I think the potential is there but my expectation was higher due to apps like Solar Walk and Star Walk Lots of Potential
Bought this to entertain a toddler during a plane ride Ha They dont tell you that app relies on streaming audio over an Internet connection so you cant access that supposedly wonderful narration you paid for Not worth the price Audio needs Internet
this app is great the only thing it needs is more features more dinos maybe a feature with the fossils maybe some creatures from before and after the dinosaurs and it would increase purchases but if you need to make another app where you can walk swim and so on in different times and locations or a dinosaur game reserve app or even a dinosaur simulation app but whatever you do the graphics must be good PLEASE READ
