I work for a property management company in California We mostly manage single family homes We use Happy Inspector for all of the inspections we complete on houses we manage The best part about Happy Inspector for us is that you can complete inspections in the field even in areas that lack reception You can have no service and still complete full inspections They will sync once you have service again We manage homes up in the mountains and other places where service is just trash and this has saved us on a monthly basis It s the best inspection app I ve used and their customer support team is always eager to help I frequently recommend this product to all of my colleagues                     Happy inspector rocks dukeman915

This app has made my inspections a breeze It is a little spendy but it is worth it Their customer service is great as well Update A year later and I still love this app And their customer service is awesome Just recently I deleted a bunch of photographs by accident and they were able to restore them for me Update 4 28 17 I had another issue while creating a report that had to do with my changing the values in my report after doing my inspection and Matt and his team were quick to respond with a solution to my issue They are very helpful                     Great App Little Cush

There are so many subtle features about this app that really make it shine for our property management company Not to go on and on but I ll name the ones most relevant to us The ability to build your inspection templates from the ground up and completely customize them is huge for our company as many of our properties have different expectations for what we inspect and record The time stamps once an inspection has been made and turned into a report is also huge in terms of insurance because as an example if we access a home Monday morning at 8 32am but then a pipe freezes and burst and the water district says it started Wednesday our company is then covered because we have an accurate indication of when we were last in the home Lastly I have in all honesty never dealt with better customer service In almost every situation you get a response within a couple minutes of an email or chat and at most you get a response within 24 hours All the answers you get are concise and accurate and not just a general response They also offer a service where you can do a skype call with one of their members and they will show you the ins and outs of their product and answer any questions you may have The company and employees behind this app feel honest which at the end of the day is what s most important If you are in any sort of property management service and want to be able to accurately record exactly when and what you did at a property you cant go wrong with this app x                     Attention to Detail Eastman Homeowner Services

We just started using the app through Buildium which syncs perfectly with Happy Inspector We have been satisfied with just about everything They have a little work to do on making reports more appealing automatically but you can make changes to the settings for the reports across the team                     Happy Inspector ITUNESDFS

Horrible customer service I asked someone to return my call in an email and they replied to my email but never no phone call They gave my password to someone else so they could use the app I purchased on my account If they are willing to give out passwords that easily what are they doing with your credit card info I bought a yearly subscription for someone else to use for free     Stay away from this app Phillip Fleming

I searched everywhere for an app that would help bring our business from paper and pen to the digital age After many trials with many apps I almost gave up HappyCo has created something really special The UI is great customization is easy and the finally reports look great It s has not only impressed us it has also impressed our clients Now this may not be the app for everyone but you will know right away if it s meant for your business It took roughly one evening for me to set it up and get it ready to test it on a walk through it s worked since day one On top of all of this their customer service was down right impressive I reached out to them on multiple occasions for advice and billing questions my issue not theirs and I would receive a response in less than 5 mins sometimes way less                     One of a kind INALAK

I m a landlord with just a few homes so the big subscription packages are not really worth it The app however is perfect for simple move in move out Modified the template for each house and is great for documenting conditions pre and post The ability to share with tenants directly is also convenient                     Great product SilverQ

For the solo property manager owner it lacks online access to manage properties Purchased solo 5 plan to try and gain access to a report I created but was locked out after 14 day trial Had to rely on the iPhone iPad app to email Report would not send to my public domain accounts suspect public domain account restricted attachment size but was not able to confirm Finally got the report after 3 days of troubleshooting and using a private domain account Great overall template and walk through Love the ease of use and application for a thorough walk through just lacks support for PC access to manage reports and properties for the small owner property manager             Great out of the box functionality but Dastdx1847

I ve had nothing but trouble since they rolled out this new app From the days and days it took to migrate my portfolio and templates to the lousy customer service when I needed to speak to someone about the new pricing structure One of the features we liked before was the pay as you go pricing The subscription model will not work for us and we will not be using the product any longer The lack of customization of how the final report looks makes it not worth the new price And be aware if you are a smaller operation you can only subscribe to the smaller plans through the in app purchase That is until you surpass your limited use and the app stops opening Making in app purchases impossible All subscriptions should be available through corporate billing like the bigger plans I don t want the charge on my personal device it is a business expense         Decent product poor service and pricing AndyCharlotte

For what this app claims to do it does it very well It is reliable and produces a clean and fresh looking report format It does not do exactly what I needed to do but I have tweeted enough so that it works fine for my business In speaking with the people at HappyCo it is apparent that they are listening to their customers and furiously polishing and improving the app and web client Oh and let me give praise to their customer service They are prompt responsive and will talk to you on the phone first long as you want until your issues are resolved They will also listen to your wish list The monthly price seems a bit steep at this phase of the app development but if it continues to evolve as promised it will be more than worth it                     Very good execution but is still evolving Streamfinder
