Awesome app but not usable now after the 2 2 0 update Tried on iPhone SE and iPhone 8 The only way to fix is by uninstalling and reinstalling but then you lose any pics in the App 360 Album back them up on iTunes on your computer before uninstalling if you care for any of those photos                 Crashes but there s a fix iKenny00

Love the camera and the app Only suggestion is that when I plug into my iPhone X the app does not flip upside down so that the camera is on the top It does flip when I click to camera mode but when I am using any other feature of the app I have to flip the phone and the camera is then on the bottom making it easier to fall and break if bumped                 Good but still needs to update for iPhone X e_dubble21

I like the cameras I have two Nano and two One cameras but it needs a 360 video chat feature                 But it needs Who is in 3

First off the support from the company is very good I had daily responses to my questions Initially I tried to use the Insta360 with an iphone 5S The app didn t fully work but you could still get some functionality I upgraded my phone to an iphone X and immediately noticed that the app worked differently Since the camera plugs into the bottom of the camera you need to flip the camera upside down The app flips orientation so that you can use it even when the phone is upside down except on the iPhone X Support just let me know that this function does not work on the X Maybe a future update will fix that It does flip orientation while the camera mode is on just not for the settings or album mode It s annoying but not a deal breaker My main complaint is that the app seems to have issues connecting to the camera all the time It often needs a camera reboot to find it So far it s been fun to use and I say it s well worth the price Just understand that there are some glitches to get familiar with                 Fun but needs some tweaks MTBill

This is specifically about the app the Insta360 one is a great device loving it so far App has locked up a couple of times not a huge issue just close it and restart it and all is well On the other hand having to see the ads every time it starts is to be honest very annoying I bought it already no need to keep showing me an ad not buying another one The one part that really bothers me is all the access the app wants to my social media accounts sharing does not work if you don t give their account all the access it wants The YouTube upload does not work always errors out If I could find another app to work with the camera I would for now just working around the issues         Could be better privacy concerns too many ads Kamakazie

I hope there s more editing features built right into it Also please fix the crashing issues on the iPhone X Everytime I open an app it crashes                 Great app VPO17

Very easy to use fun app which goes with the insta360 one camera I wish there was a Apple Watch app also so it could be the remote instead of using phone as the remote The stitching can also use some improvement But overall it s a fun app                 Fun app with unique perspective DzeArtist
