This is a fine app It offers frames in sets of 9 You choose which set you want to work with and then select a pic The app then shows you what that pic looks like in ea of the 9 frames You can enlarge and place the pic however you like but you can not make the pic smaller than it is The first set of 9 frames are a valentine theme the second set is elementary school looking Other sets of 9 are available as an in app purchase I deleted the app because I wont use the initial 18 frames and I already own enough frames I dont need to buy more I would rate this 3 or 4 stars however I am rating 5 stars to help compensate for the idiots who rate one star because they think they can adjust the image to the frame I dont think that developers should be penalized because of stupid people 18 frames pics resize adjust
