Not intuitive While trying to switch pharmacy location it refilled a prescription at the wrong pharmacy and I have no way to cancel Also why do I have to have multiple apps accounts and passwords to interact with Intermountain I don t need multiple apps to interact with my bank Very frustrating     Not ready for prime time Amyhrussell

When you open the app it just stays on the Intermountain load screen Can t do anything Doesn t work     App gets stuck on load screen Skizzy77

On the Doctors list I have 1 Doctor listed 22 times The application won t let me delete that doctor saw him once 1 script was written haven t seen him again How can I delete him Or others I don t see anymore Other than that it s a great app for refilling prescriptions reminder alerts                 App Dutchman162

I love being able to easily refill my prescriptions with an app but it makes it difficult when you are constantly getting an error message after everything you do Very frustrating         Not Fully Satisfied camilleelyse
