Submitting claims never works on the app or the website for that matter I ve called tech support and they have no clue In the end they always direct me back to a downloadable PDF claim form Pathetic I m astonished that in the year 2017 I have to fill out a claim form by hand and submit it by email Submit claim NEVER works JRC_Jr

This app has some good features in that it will allow you to submit a claim from your iPhone But it is missing one major feature You cannot check the status of your claim from this app You either have to download another app or go to the main website Doesn t make sense If you added this one feature it would be a GREAT app Lacking a MAJOR function Ross's Tunes
