update With the new PDF feature this app is amazing I look forward to future updates and features this app makes it so easy for me to do business and invoice my clients This is a great app one thing I would like to see is an easy way to download a PDF version of the invoice or just a better print style guide on the front end Currently if you attempt to print the invoice Brandon template you end up with an okay invoice There are a few blank pages and the pages don t split well Otherwise it really is quite a handy app for an amazing price                     Great App Ksulli81345

This is a lovely app that creates lovely invoices easily and I really wish I could use it for my business But unless I m really missing something I can t Here s why There s no way to mark an invoice as Paid by cash check or anything else The vast majority of my clients either pay me at the time service usually via check or mail me a check after receiving my invoice If I can t record those payments this app is essentially useless to me no matter how nice other parts of it may be There doesn t appear to be a way to mark line items as reimbursable expenses products that I purchase and the client pays for as part of the final tally As of now they appear as income which they are not I d love to use for and would totally pay for this app if you could address these issues The first one is by far the most important         Promising but has some huge basic gaps Laffo

Alto offers a great mobile invoice service that s easy to set up and send out client billing Invoice templates are clean uncluttered and professional They look great and clients like the design clarity too I have used the app for nearly a year and it s easy to track client payments when the client pays via a digital service like Stripe PayPal and Square Cash When a client writes a paper check and it s sent in the post there s no option to annotate invoice billing in the app to mark as having been paid My only option would be to delete the invoice but that defeats the purpose of how I keep track of client billing Support has been silent on this issue having contacted Alto through their web site And while I mostly like using Alto for these reasons I am giving it 3 stars I hope that for future iterations my concerns about manually marking invoices as having been paid by check will be resolved Thanks guys             Good Invoice App Eric Tigre

I use this app a lot to split the bills with my roommates They usually like to see the physical bills So I paid for the subscription and the Dropbox function does not work to add an attachment Everything else is perfect A solution I can think for the developers for the moment is to make a place where people can paste their Dropbox file link Then customers can click on the link button                     Does great Dropbox function does not work Jamesdusoleil

I love the simplicity of this app but I m having two problems When importing time into the invoice it s still showing the time as unbilled so it comes up in subsequent invoices The second issue is that amounts are sometimes rounded such as the header of the Brandon template and its confusing to clients where they have one amount at the top and another at the bottom They need to be exact Thanks                     Love it Me me me me me 12348885

There s currently no way to create a PDF version of your invoice Very easy to use and excellent if your client does not require a PDF but it s leaving me awkwardly hanging around with no easy transfer solution to give my client what they need             Almost perfect ldeel

UPDATE Reached out to support about the app crashing upon load provided them with crash logs and they fixed the problem in a week with the latest update All IS good and peaceful again The app certainly has room for growth but it s well cared for All was good and peaceful in the land of invoices and estimates of Alto Until ironically the update with built in Zendesk support doesn t even launch No bueno since it leaves us in the mud with all pending projects and invoices                 Good app but latest update just crashes Heatwave998

I have had a few bumps in the road since being an earlier adopter of this app I m a one man freelance illustrator I have reached out to support a few times due to features having issues which should be expected for new apps with small teams They have come a long way but still have little ways to go The past issues I have had have been resolved but one the Dropbox link issues This feature isn t a deal breaker but would be a nice feature to have smoothed out The feature generates a link to a Dropbox file and places the link into the invoice something you can manually do when writing a note to the client in the email Through the couple frustrating moments in the past I have encountered with this app and at one point shopping for an alternative they have been responsive to my issues and have restored my faith in their product For a 20 price tag for a years worth of invoicing estimating time tracking and more it s a no brained to hop on this app and grow with them Although as customers we can get frustrated when things don t go as planned Honestly what in life does they have been responsive and have always followed through on fixes updates and communication They have earned my business for the foreseeable future                     Worth a shot Sullyman311

Invoicing turns into a complex business once your clients start requesting them It s amazing the great work the people working on Alto have done to ease and simplify the invoicing process It has been really helpful to me and my clients I get to keep track of past invoices hours and I get a nice summary of how much I ve made with certain client The ability to send invoices via email and stripe integration are perfection Hands down the best invoicing app out there 5 deserved stars                     Best App it it s class raulfunkie

Need to give more invoices free but just started it s doing wat it said and taking time off figuring out bills as u can jot them as u do em later I m still not liking the fact u have to give a review for invoices should give u ten a month I think so far great app forsure         Nice app buseakus72
