Very frustrating dealing with twisted support After we spent several hours of in house tech support time setting this app on all our providers smart phones we suddenly find its not functional on iPhones after we updated lytec to 2013 version Twisted technology service not responsive and fails to appreciate critical need of providers to have 247 access to scheduling info Rate this a swing and a miss Not compatible with lytec 2013 and iPhone
