iPay Mobile Point of Sale

I was quite impressed with this app and was elated that I could finally take credit card payments Then I upgraded to iOS6 and things went to crap The app crashes EVERY TIME I enter the CCV code I thought it was just me so I entered just the code before anything else The app crashes immediately And logs you out Essentially this app is useless until and unless this bug is fixed I see that the last update was a year ago October 2011 Time to get it right folks     Excellent app goes bad

Used to work well until I upgraded to IOS 6 Now it crashes everytime Until they get the bug fixed Id say use something else Its completely useless now     Was good when it worked

The program was awesome with iOS 5 but since the upgrade the program crashes 100 of the time hurry up and make it compatable with iOS 6     Great to crap since iOS 6

Wow I cant believe iOS 6 has been out for a while now an your app still isnt iOS 6 capable crashes when try to enter credit card cvv an exp date     Nice app

Short phone plug and finicky powerup leaves much to be desired in getting this to work App is laid out nicely and if you can get the reader working big if the process works well        IPay Mobile

I download this app but crash when I go to put credit card pin code on my iPhone 4s with ios 60 please fix that     Cant try demo

I like it better than Spartadata because iPay Mobile hasnt crashed yet Two things really annoy me though 1 the pin password is extremely annoying My phone is already passworded an also I can wipe my iPhone 4 with my iPad 2 A function to turn it off the pin password would be nice 2 the tip function should also be available after you run the card I would give it a five star if I could turn off the pin password thing           Works

Ive signed up Twice Ive not received an email or call Ive called 4 times 3 times forced to leave a msg then on hold I gave up after 15 minutes Ill stick with square for now        Where is this great support

Worst customer support I have ever encountered Ive been trying to reach someone at this company for more than a month No one responds to voice mail or email Its disgraceful The app crashes when attempting to switch the currency setting How do I fix this     Terrible support

You can use this app with and without attaching a device that swipes cards Latest updates have fixed CVV crash and gateway issues New interface looks good and is easier to use I had an issue where it would not work with Prolific Called support and they called Prolific and helped Prolific to find the issue there Prolific had told me twice before that everything was fine on their end Way more than I expected                 Works Great Now

When I plug the slider into audio jack I get a notification that the volume needs to be at max level when it already is at max volume Very frustrating I have to manually input every transaction I do 1030 credit transactions per day Please fix           Problems

I am in the restaurant business and needed a mobile CC POS The platform is everything short of excellent and not conducive to the restaurant industry Screen remains stationary and does not rotate 360 degrees when turning iPad Multiple orders do not seem to be possibleIf I entered my entire menuI can select oneand only oneitem to sellIf others are addedthe sale price is calculated for the newest item Sales are not itemized making it virtually impossible to delete overrings before a sale is generated If a comp or void is needed after an item has been rangvoding the entire ticket is the only corrective measureThenI guess one would have to remember what was sold reenter and reauthorize Very counterproductive There are way too many clicks to reach ones endpoint Timing is critical to the customer and overall productivity If a line of 30 people are paying with a credit card and the food is ready faster than the sale then productivity slows tremendously and I become annoyed You cant even review the bill before you submit or see the total accruing as something is entered as a sale because its blocked This program would be useful if it was more intuitive and if the salesperson really knew the product in its entirety before he sold it to someone in the restaurant industry Ill pay a little more for micros     Not good for food sales as POS

When I originally downloaded the app months ago in anticipation of marketing my wares at a trade show I set it up it worked finecant get it to take a swipe at all now I had to use my Pay Pal Merchant account to make credit card sales Very disappointed     Great disappointment

I run a charater buisness and I have found that I love this app the best to collect credit card payments on the go I love the fact that I can email the customer a receipt and that the customer is able to add any amount of tip they want to give the Captains Some apps will not let you do this I use this app on 3 iphones and my ipad I had trouble uploading my pin number so I emailed them and right away the owner called me back and talked me through the steps I needed to do solve my problem I highly recommend this Ipay point of sale for any buisness that is on the go like myself We operate ecotours on kayaks and a sailboat This is the perfect solution                 Perfect for Small Buisness

If I could give a negative rating I would There are multiple issues with this company 1st I signed up about a month ago I was supposed to get a gateway code emailed to me which I didnt I am experienced with accepting cards so I went to the source and received my codes Once I was finally set up I swipes a test transaction with my own card for 100 After a week I still didnt receive my money After numerous attempts to get through I FINALLY got to speak to someone They said I didnt go thru review yet and that was the problem When asked what review since I already had my gateway setup and they already accepted money I couldnt get an answer I was assured someone would get back to me tomorrow to straighten this out After a week no one called I then called my original salesperson to advise him why he probably wasnt getting any commission from my account I left a message and even HE isnt all back My advice Go to Square pay pal now intuit or any other REAL company Youll be set up in a couple days and actually get you money too Hmmm what a concept And to think that apple approves this companyha     Terrible awful the worst

Cero support no one to talk no one to return emails I WONT make ANY transaction with a careless company like that go to a legit institution and dont let this clowns run your hard earn money     Cero support

Simple to use and unlike the other apps out there they dont charge you even if you want to process a credit card with someone else I also think its faster then the other applications Thanks again guys for making a great app Brian                 Great App
