The service itself seems to be reliable and trustworthy I am a computer literate person My office often relies on me to fix their IT issues rather than actually calling the IT help desk Yet I have only been able to send a few pieces of mail to myself via the app alone I always have to contact someone to do it properly The app and the website behave differently and the consolidate button doesn t function the same between them The app seems dead set on making me ask to send each piece of mail individually It s a nearly worthless user interface     App is worthless but service is fine McCoyoioi
