Once a drug is entered you cant delete it for the correct drug        Tricky to set up

Much easier than most other medical software I use at offices and hospitals i like it Christian is very responsive the same day to my setup issues mostly which were due to my cursory mistakes Highly recommend                 Convenient

Needs a lot of improvements you have to be careful it does change name of Rx you wrote pharmacy hard to find by zip code nowliked previous version better I am stuck with this app only because my pts demographics I wont recommend this program anymore        Please improve

This once great product has gone down the drain and there seems to be no way to contact them to get a fix They were hacked and lost their focus Now nothing works Do not buy this     Good gone bad

I was excited to finally have an app I could use to call things in on the fly but when I was going to input my credentials Im nowhere to be found First were shunned on Seinfeld and now this           Doesnt work for dentists

Works great Use when out of office and away from EMR Like how keeps record of what rxd even though doesnt communicate directly with EMR Its easier to find a pharmacy by zip code search than name or city                 Use several times a week

This app is good but it needs to be better There are times when the app doesnt work as it should and when they update the app my data goes away so I loose drugs I have entered as my favorites Still a good value for the money           FNPC

I just synchronized my patient lists and erased every information HELP Also Viibryd has been in the market for more than a year and it is still not on the lists of medications              MD Psychiatrist

Having problems how to use iprescribe for mail order plans Also I specifically set no messages but have hundreds of e requests which I didnt yet want Cant find a number or email to ask iprescribe directly any suggestions           MD

This app has NOT worked in over a month and am unable to get any help Paid for a year and app will not send any prescriptions Anyone know who can help me I want my money back     Highly Disappointed

This is an excellent app however after upgrade yesterday Oct 11 2011 it just crashes and Im not able to use it on the iphone Can you fix this ASAP as I depend on the app at work Thanks     Crashes after update

Liked Iprescribe until recently The service was down for a long time and has been unreliable since it was reinstated My patients are angry when they go to pick up their meds and pharmacy never received the prescription Meds I have previously iprescribed appear to be sent but disappear into cyberspace Company never notified physicians of the changes nor updated the app to reflect list of meds able to be iprescribed Antibiotic scripts dont appear until 36 hours have passed is not acceptable Infertility patients not receiving their medications is not acceptable Phone and prescription pad at least work and dont cost 80 per year Not getting phone calls from angry patients and wasting time calling risk management is priceless     Unreliable 80 for liability and unhappy patients

As an optometrist I can not use this app I am not required by my profession to have a DEA number and this app requires a DEA number to get registered on the provider page Also this will only allow you to enter 1 location many doctors in optometry and ophthalmology will have more than one office location This is not an app I can use     Limited by provider type

This product obviously addresses a need as we are all compelled to eprescribe However this program is in need of some help Particularly custom prescribing makes no sense at all Say I want to prescribe bactroban ointment This comes in a 22 gm tube I click on the custom icon put in 22 grams and am told I am making an error the custom amount must begin with a d or a q and have a digit range of 09 Huh Many topical prescriptions simply cannot be done with this software Why would it be difficult to just allow the prescriber to type in whatever is needed in a custom prescription I know how to prescribe and dont need bizarre restrictions If some latitude were allowed in writing custom sizes and instructions this would be great program        Needs work

This program is the one and only mobile prescription app that you will need When my other methods for writing prescriptions lets me down this one always comes through You will not be disappointed                 The Best

So delighted to have this Lots of niggling bugs but support staff is very responsive Worth every penny A MUST HAVE I assume they will continue debugging and adding features They really need a web based users forum for feedback feature discussion changelings release notes etc That is standard for software developers since the late 1990s Please support this app and tell your colleagues on Sermo etc It really has changed my life at least when Im on call                 Life changing

I have been with iprescribe for a number of years and have had numerous issues with the software The good news to this is if you will just communicate with the support folks they always address your concerns and in most cases make it work At times I know I have probably been a thorn in their side but they have stuck with it and I give them high marks for that I am proof that they do listen                 Support outstanding

This is an excellent prescribing tool with awesome customer service The database is comprehensive and up to date Being able to prescribe routine medications from my iPhone without having to call and wait on retail pharmacists is priceless Well worth the monthlyannual cost for this luxury Keep up the good work on this app                 Oncologist

This app has made my life so much easier I am the FNP and administrator for a hospice I love this app When I get calls or need to change a med for a patient I can send it immediately I can track what I have sent and have quick access to allergies and the patients pharmacy preference Most fields are customizable Tech support forgot my password is exceptional I highly recommend this app for quick and easy eprescribing                 Fabulous app

This is a great app I believe that it has really helped improve my clinical practice It speeds up refills and allows me to treat patients from anywhere The program is very intuitive and much easier to use than some of the other apps out there Best of all the customer service and support is excellent I recently upgraded my cell phone and had trouble with how to reinstall from a backup I sent an email to Iprescribe on a Sunday because I was busy seeing patients and they emailed me back right away and solved the problem I highly recommend this app                 Dr

Frustrated I just tried to send in rx for a drug that needed to be dosed every 6 hours Did not see that as an option Only 4 8 12 or 24 I also share the database concerns that others bring up Right now it seems more of a novelty for me It has great potential however Is definitely worth having I think Maybe once I understand it better it will be more useful as well              Good but limitations

I have 201 and after getting used to the changes I find it to be a great timesaver I have yet to find software without quirks and for the money its great and is continually improving                 I love the simplicity
