Rooms are three dimensional and this program is made for a flat one dimension I have to trick this program by taking all the measurements add them myself multiply the final by one in order to have the total excepted E mail my profit margin to my customers I don t think I want to get into a debate with customers about what kind of profit I should be making Not practical or efficient To bad I had high hopes and would be interested in a improved version         Painting R2Paint

I m not a rival software company I m a painting contractor This app is not any better than using a standard calculator The only real estimate it gives is individual wall sqft Painters take off rooms by calculating square feet all walls in each individual room giving a total sqft Per room It has no other allowances for items like crown molding chair rail door jambs window types The list of missing allowances is to numerous to mention Don t waste your money     Very basic Casaford

The name of this app is QUICK Estimator and it is I created a spreadsheet on my iPhone that does basically the same thing but input is tedious This app is great for quick estimates on site and I can use my own overage guesses to compensate for instance if one gallon of paint only covers 300 sq ft Needs some tweaking to make it perfect and a strong competitor with another very pricy app but overall very pleased                     Super tool goldmine42

I have been painting for 18 years never have I had a gallon of paint go 400 ft I guess we don t have to paint the ceiling with this app also there is no exterior estimator I think you should hire a contractor to help you write these Different Substrates will have different spread rate Very poor app     not for paint contractors suavegomez

This is a great app and literally paid for itself within 1 hour of me buying it I was having a difficult time with a particularly picky client and time was of the essence The client needed an estimate now and could not wait I was able to deliver the estate to my client within seconds which gave me the advantage over all of my competitors                     Great App Supascape

I almost did not buy this app after looking at some of the negative comments then I did a little research and saw that many of the negative comments were written form other app companies However this is a really GOOD APP It is very accurate If you want a quick app to estimate the cost of your projects this is the app for you                     Home Fix It Home fit It

This app is certainly not worth the money and it looks as if the 5 star reviews are very similar in their critique I used the drywall calc and thought at first oh at least this would be a quick calculator I found that there are specific features like ceiling height that are not included It seems as if these developers know nothing about construction Another coding issue is that there is no enter button to cycle to the next input box I was not even able to enter some info in because it was to low on the screen There is no button or link to the developers site to ask questions This is not worth the money Just pull out your calculator and do it the old fashion way     To bad Archiconstruct
