I love this magazine and living in the US away from home was delighted when i saw this available online I subscribed straight away A couple of days later i found the app on the app store and downloaded that straight away too Try as i might to log in or restore purchases it wouldnt work I contacted the support staff who after a few emails decided they could do nothing to import my subscription from the laptop onto my iPad or iPhone My last email went ignored The quality of the magazine hard copy is great but online its really not as youve to zoom in to see the pics or read the text and it gets fuzzy when you do so leaving you unable to see the pics at all So utterly disappointed Sorry I bothered and probably wont subscribe again Note to developers Maybe give people a clue on the website that theres an app available so they dont make the same mistake i did Direct people to the app to subscribe if they have mobile devices thanks Really disappointing
