The big company that couldnt keeps the hits rolling with this piece of garbage My account rep had the gall to call my office today to let me know about the new and improved app These guys are bozos If it were easy to change CRM providers I would Unfortunately I am a glutton for punishment Ebix is embarrassing Thing force closes before launch Tried everything Multiple times Because deep down in places I dont talk about at parties I hoped this would be good I wished this would be good Its not good Wont launch Par for the course
Not happy with the software or the APP Ebix Smart Office
I updated this AM and now app will not load Doesnt do any good to fix specific issues if you cant pigpen the app Update didnt take
I had much hope for this app after waiting for a year I am sadly disappointed It constantly locks up only shows recurring appointments on schedule It is a worthless app I have go back to the older version if want to use anything on my CRM Newest Update
My one major complaint with this app and its underlying client connect system is the lack of ability to see a list of clients and to categorize or filter that list Needs a ton of work
