The map and info updated just as I arrived and it was a great help The attraction info and reviews were nice a help us make choices The best part is that it all worked offline once it was all downloaded and updated on the hotels wifi even the GPS on map worked great when I had no service                     Did well Pikaman

So far I have used it in Singapore Beijing and now Istanbul Without it I would never have found my hotel after taking a bus from the airport to Taksim The GPS offline got me there The same was true in SIN and PEK I need to take advantage of all of its functionality which I haven t done yet It s great to have a tour book that tells you where you are at in your pocket With Wikipedia offline mtrip is a home run in my humble opinion                     Excellent App Bobmckin

The LRV and subway maps seem jumbled together the app instructed me to get on the LRV and off the Metro without ever changing from one to the other Also a little more detail on the walking maps would have been helpful Despite these limitations I found the app very useful in planning what to see and where to go I would buy it again                 Very helpful with some flaws Rdfaleph

This is my 2nd mtrip guide first one was the Beijing one We travel a lot and this saves time with planning and geting directions online before goin there The gps itself earns the app money App tells you how to get from one place to the other by foot or public transport it s awesome I gave it only 4 stars because it could use more details on the objectives maybe something fun                 Excellent for planning the itinerary and getting directions Fbailer

The best feature for me was the offline map with GPS locator I got lost several times so that was a big help and did nut run up data charges The rest of the content was helpful too                 Very helpful Bwgorham

Worked really well in the better travelled areas but when you get out into some of the neighborhood eg around the Chora church the maps get very sketchy Love that it works offline since I have a touch love that I can add venues and share so that the data gets better and better Putting in addresses was a bit challenging since Turkish addresses follow different conventions and search sometimes had trouble in Istanbul But sure beat a heavy book when in the more frequented areas Supplements but does not replace a guide book for reference info                 Very useful MATgjjgdtvv
