Bought it tried to get it to work no dice Then I looked at the update date 2016 It is criminal to promote this in the apple store and have a non working item     LOL Does NOT work A joke at best RJSorensen

Upon purchasing this widget and following in app instructions it fails to open after following the three steps for the in widget enabling Have tried closing and opening widget and rebooting my MacBook Air to no avail forget getting any app support it s only three bucks but I feel ripped off nonetheless     Failure To Launch c.guthrie

It works as shown in the picture but then I realized I really need to see the apps that are using the most memory cpu I m using Monity instead but unfortunately I can t get a refund after briefly trying out iStat Mini             Ok nelagnavretep

Simply does not function as memory and CPU show 0 all the time As you can see several others have the same problem Several attempts to contact support with no solution     Does not work on Mac OS El Capitan DataGuyFL

I still use the Dashboard and loved iStat over there This is a great new update as I try to get used to the Notification Center That said any chance we could get the temperature and fan speed added to the widget as options I miss those too much to quit using the dashboard for now                 Good widget crosstied

As others say is memory meter doesn t work at least not with OS X Sierra which is the main thing I bought it for After I open MS Windows which is a big app it still says I have the exact same amount of memory available     Doesn t Work TrimFit

Does exactly what I need I m considering upgrading some components I wanted an easy way to check in on performance w o having another window open somewhere I also typlically use 4 desktops so it s nice to be able to peak w o swiping back to where the window is located or pop open from Dock re Inaccurate Memory measurements cited in other review Not my experience If you open the options the i icon then you can chose what you want the Memory function to measure pressure traditional trad w o inactive These were all pretty close to what Activity Monitor was telling me not exactly the same but within a small acceptable margin I am guessing that the other reviewer had the Memory function on Pressure that was the default when I installed it which will show a much lower but more meaningful than traditional i e that is why a 8GB machine will show 6 GB in use but only register a pressure in the 35 range see also the red yellow green graphic in the Memory section of Activity Montior                     Perfect plus clarification on Memory measurement issue ToDoOrNotToDo

i m running el capitan the old free version of stat menus no longer works that s why i bought istat mini i still have a free widget for istat nano discontinued that works but i don t like the widget interface the notification area is much easier to access i wish this listed the separate cores in the cpu display but it gives you what you need to know fast if you want more there is always the activity monitor app unlike the other reviewer i found the memory reading to be accurate it shows wired memory not app memory                     good for the price postjosh

bought today and found that the memory indicator is wrong CPU and Disk are ok but not the memory         memory display is completely wrong frugrat

This displays very little animation please add the option to view more things like temperature fan speed and more     Not enough Information Kai rates this

It would be great if this app worked properly Not sure if it s an issue with compatability in 10 10 3 or if something is wrong with the app I ve tried reinstalling it but after a reboot the widget is no longer listed nor is it listed as an available widget to choose from If this app worked correctly I d give it 5 stars for sure I ve always loved the iStat Apps     App Keeps Disapearing from Notification Center Gank!

I ve used the iStat Pro widget on the dashboard for several years it provides a wealth of info This app has a long way to go before replacing the dashboard widget         Minimal info as impled in the name RB563287

Always been a fan of iStat I still have it on my Dashboard The old Dashboard widget gave a ton of information about your system this widget does not I lacks much information that would be useful to view For the same price Monity monitors WAY more and gives much more information in the Nofication Center I would recommend that App highly over this         Lack of Information Kingsford07

This is a handy app I ve recently migrated from Microsoft to Mac and I was using the Orbmu2k gadgets which this essencially does Only drawback seems to be the overly simplistic information I miss having the full stats from Orbmu2k s gadgets I hope the dev will add the tools everyone else has been asking for from the previous version if they don t then I would recommend people hold off from purchasing this until the developers DO add this functionality back in             Good but as other have said needs work ThinkFlight

Before Yosemite was released I used the full blown version of iStat on my Macbook Pro However I kept noticing that it elongated the time for bootup of my computer because of its data gathering process So although I loved the application I didn t update to that one however I saw that the developer came out with a mini version of it so I went ahead and purchased it I must say it works very well and gives me exactly what I m needing the network speed upload and download critical to working memory CPU disk space Very very good app                     Thus Far Very Good The Builder....

just as the screenshot shows CPU Memory Disk usage and Network Up Down speed I should have probably sprung for the proper iStat Menus app than this mini version             It is what it is 4 stats nothing else gbtk

Yeah it would be nice to have temperatures or fan speed but it clearly states what it does in the app description and it does that perfectly and looks very nice If you need something more get iStat Menus from developer s website                     Great fichek

I think this is perfect It shows everything I would want to see in a quick glance I love the disk space indicator and if I were to have a request it would be a way to selectively add multiple disks to monitor But that is a minor thing This is a great use of notification center and the information is shown in a beautiful and easy to quickly understand the data displayed Nicely done                     Love it AustxCyclist

I have used iStat Menus previously and I have missed it since the Yosemite beta was released This mini version gives me the most important info I want and it utilizes the today menu in a nice clean manner A for getting this out so fast It would be even greater if this version was able to give more stats than it currently does but this developer has an excellent track record so I imagine reasonable additions will come                     Thank You StephenIsNow

This is such a wonderful little tool It takes the the 4 items I used in iStat Menus and not only gives me a better display of the data but cleans up my menu bar What would be awesome would be an IAP or something to tie this in with iStat Menus so if I click on an item it opens the big details that show like when you click on the menu bar item in iStat Menu Even without though this is awesome and worth MORE then 1 99 For those asking for more stats remember that they are limited as to what they can offer via the App Store because of the app Sand Boxing Thats why if you want the full app you have to get it via their site and not the App Store                     Love it kdbdallas

I like the minimalist design but you should include more features like the old iStat pro on the dashboard such as temperature fan speeds battery information etc Make it customizable too If you do that it will be five stars         Add more features Lewis Benji

I use the iStat full version Compared to that this is just a mini version It gives you 4 readings HDD CPU RAM and Network I would say that if you want to only give us 4 readings in this mini version just remove HDD and give us the CPU temperature The reason why we use iStat is to get conveinient readings of dynamic parameters not STATIC parameters like HDD or screen resolution                 Give us the temp please deaffob
