Love the app Wish it would have a replay button because hitting undo for every action in a long rally is painstaking It is also VERY FRUSTRATING that it is inconsistent in actually sending the stats via email from my iPad Please help with a fix for that Also it would be nice to add heat zones and have some opponent stats options included                 Please help with emailing issue GL Coach

I ve been using iStat for a combined 6 seasons club and high school I m just a parent who volunteered to keep stats for the team So I m not a student of the game who s played and or coached for years Despite that within a few matches I was able to do this on my own with the help of a spotter at times I ve learned a lot about volleyball now and I have a greater appreciation for the game I did try some other programs out there and this was by far the easiest most intuitive program out there I can t imagine what would make it better I have asked for several improvements and they ve all been incorporated in the most recent update I have t used it yet but now being able to integrate it with my iPhone to video record games will be amazing Quit looking get the app already                     Look no further Kjuiop

This app is intuitive covers most of the stats that a coach would be interested in What would be a good add on is the ability to customize and look for non standard stats For example I would like to track the decision s our setter makes and how often he sets into double blocks versus setting his hitters into single block situations I don t think there is a way to do that currently Otherwise this app is fantastic                     The Strongest Volleyball Stats Tracking App on the market Zanelotti

This is the best stat tracking program I ve used hands down It has just about everything you need to track stats accurately quickly with a short learning curve What it s missing though would be a tremendous help I m a high school volleyball coach and one of the things we track are net violations I would love to have a button for net center line violations Also a replay button would be extremely helpful especially during tournament days when there are several courts going at once and the occasional stray ball rolls onto our court causing a stoppage in play I would also appreciate the ability to create a new lineup on the fly say during a match before the 2nd set without having to back out and edit an existing lineup or creating a new one I like having my starting lineup already but the option to change it mid match would be great                 Great program but Todrias

This is the best VB STAT program I have seen or used It does everything and more They have great tech support that answers any questions you have about the program or how to use it I m a Varsity Head Coach n I have a high school student keeping the stats It is very user friendly My players get a copy of their stats after every game I email the Stats to the newspaper n never have to call the game it It is great and I recommend it to any coach or parent that wants VB stats Thank you Barry for all your tech support You are great                     Best VB App QcVbCoach

This does eveything you could want If you are serious about stats go here and buy the add ons as needed One request I video record each match and then record from video I would request a better way to log the date of the match and possibly add a toggle to stop time related stats I rewind play rewind etc to get the right player but that also impacts the time aspect Thanks                     Great App One request Nelag987

This has lots of options but it has many buttons to navigate The reporting function has many stats and can output it so you can email it to the players It hasn t been updated in about 2 years now so looks like support for it is gone             Decent but takes practice Erdog05

I m going on my second season with this app and I LOVE it Not only does it do a great job with stats but the intuitive nature of showing rotations and the next server saved us several points when we came close to being out of rotation As an added bonus the support staff is top notch when it comes to answering questions about functionality                     Great App VertV4444

I love this app I ve been using it for 3 years to take stats for club seasons tournaments and varsity high school seasons It works incredibly well I recently had a question about a feature asked it with an email to the developer and got an answer back the same day It will take a few games to get used to it but once you do you can watch the game and take stats without too much problem I recommend focusing on a few stats first and then keep adding until you are tracking everything you want to It helps not to track sets at first That helps you focus on passes digs and hits I d recommend it to anyone                     Best I ve seen or used Oebsiebsuahuffau

Ok after a bunch of updates i can say that the program is better however still could use some tweeking would like to see the buttons a tad bigger and player position after the serve based on formation that your team is running would make it slightly easier to hit the buttons based on real time actual space on the court And the not being able to make a change without totally starting over in the middle so a set is a pain Would have a way to advance the setters if they are out of rotation without affecting score or a way to adjust score without affecting rotation without going back into the setting functions Remember to play around with this app a lot first There are all kinds of small issues if you run any kind of complicated formations Just downloaded the app and started messing around with it On the surface looks good but can already see problems with the app Have to constantly triple tap the assist button on the setter For that matter you have to do it on all players This should be intuitive on the second hit for all players We have our first game of the season this week Will see how the product actually performs in the field Well tried it out this app is a waste of money Not user friendly Definately not intuitive and a royal pain in the arse to try and get the initial set up Instructions and help application would have been better if written by a monkey             Not a total waste Nuntius01

I m the head coach for a high school program and this year we ve gone to using this iStatVball app exclusively for recording and analyzing our stats Its allowed us to move away from using 4 players taking paper stats to using 1 assistant coach with a spotter We took both paper stats and iStatVBall stats for the first couple of matches and then verified them watching film The iStatVBall stats were definitely more accurate although neither method is perfect There is a but of a learning curve but once you figure out the layout of the buttons on the screen it is pretty straightforward The developers are very responsive as well I had an issue with entering stats manually after a tournament I wasn t there and they decided to take paper stats and they helped me by updating my dataset and emailing it back to me In this current version they ve updated the manual entry process to fix the issue that I d run into I highly recommend this app                     Fantastic App for Volleyball Stats tbholz

I am just a parent of a very talented volleyball player who was asked to keep stats for our varsity v ball team I was looking at various volleyball apps and decided this was my best app for the money spent Some had high initial cost and i vas leery of spending a lot upfront fearing I would not like the program Others were very inexpensive but needed to purchase a lot of add ons and others required you to join with an online service Once I became comfortable with the app I purchased the add ons because of preseason scrimmages and other off season volleyball clubs she competes in and did not want to get the stats mixed up The app actually was more complete than I expected as there is a lot more information to compile that the coaches can appreciate I never new there was so much to volleyball statistics The layout is logical and faster than others I ve tried It really helps to have an assistant at first but now I have no problems recording the games solo I will be using this program for years I have to give it 5 stars for initial cost and completeness It s all self contained and doesn t need any external link or access to record and compile your stats Service is excellent I had emailed a question at 10 00 PM on a Sunday and had an answer Monday morning It s also fast when asking questions on Facebook                     IStatVball 2 SkipStrenk
