Same here Kept it think it may work You click a video and it comes right back out to the main screen None will load What the Heck Finally going to delete You think they would know it doesnt work and fix it Main Screen of app comes up but Videos Wont PLAY
Just bought but having same problem as others no video I have the 20 version that is supposed to have fixed the problem I emailed the support lets see if I hear back If not I will get a refund but would rather have it work Should have read the ratings before purchase No video
Front screen comes up and I tap neck to see the video for neck videos screen goes black and front screen comes back up again No videos at all Nobodys Home
