Looks cool but doesnt give a reading Dont waste your money Doesnt work

I tried this app in a couple of situations First hitting plastic balls indoors Making sure its 27 away about an inch less than 6 iPhones made it more accurate in this setting However it seems to be sensitive to the volume audible crack of the club striking the ball If for instance I hit a piece of cardboard with my driver instead of a ball I would get a swing speed of 150 I had my swing speed measured at Dicks Sporting Goods four days ago and know that its consistently around 92 I did manage to get this to read 93 a couple of times but got a lot more underreads 79 than accurate reads When I went outside and hit from a tee the same things occurred I hit 7 balls I got two 79s two 83s a 93 a 94 and a 148 Clever idea The science experiment was worth 1 But it doesnt work If youre into science experiments buy it play with it and see if you can figure out how to make it consistent and then tell the author But if youre after a good swing speed measurement this wont satisfy you Nice idea not baked yet though
