You get 20 subjects for free about one in each of the main categories of the app It is to give you a little taste of the language learning method of the app which is unique on the app store The app literally lets you build your own phrases piece by piece while you hear the vocal translation for that piece at the same time It helps you learn what each word or words mean in the other language Also the audio is accurate and gives you a real chance to learn a native accent It really helped me get around on my trip to Italy                     This is great little sample to give you a taste of the app DancingDolphins

While this application is somehwat enlightening it does not cover some fundamental needs 4 out of first five 5 times I had to resort to alternatives like mumbling and pointing I ll give it a few more days and towns and then make a list of what s missing             Not Adequately Functional bythefly
