The app frequently does not show any scheduled train service I am riding a scheduled NJ transit train right now yet the app shows no scheduled service in either direction today Terrible app dont buy it

When I first purchased it the app was great After a few updates for the it never ran the same Could not switch to PATH from NJTransit line and their updates are not compatible with prior versions which means you lose it until you update your phone Not worth it Not good

I installed this app and the Metro North version at same time Metro North works but NJ transit doesnt return any search results Also the platform is glitchy tapping search often closes app Finally one of the main train hubs Seacaucus is coded as Frank Lautenberg which is goofy because nobody calls it that Moreover the app codes the upper level and lower level of Seacaucus as separate stations which is dumb and annoying Doesnt work Glitchy interface

This app forces you to commit to only one line and requires that you know what it is before you put in your destination Others allow you to just put in your origindestination and then they tell you what lines are available and their times of departure This is a very basic app Too limiting
This app is just a trick to get your Facebook or email info to sell it You have to give that info to them to register to use the app which you then learn gives the wrong train times Scam app

The app is ok providing the data does not get caught up in a loop bouncing from past to current However it really is great in the fly or looking to get a connection train I only wish this app incorporated other transit systems if it does I have not been successful at it iTB NJ RAIL
Its only good for figuring out when the next train is scheduled on a simple single line trip Something every regular commuter already knows Doesnt figure out transfers well at all In fact it fails to list Secaucus Transfer station as a valid transfer point It also does not accomodate when more than one line services your starting and destination stations such as SecaucusHoboken or RahwayNewark Penn Finally it is not much help at all when the trains are off schedule How long until the train arrives if it is late Thats what will make this app useful Needs work

Like everyone else neither this app nor the northeast version has worked since 402 update I even waisted another 199 to purchase the NJ version hoping it would start but it wont The developers website doesnt have a troublshooting function that works either its a broken link Reporting a problem is waisting your time I sent an email to tech support didnt even get a form letter saying theyd look into the issue I owned used the NorthEast version for a few years but they dont list it as an option any more probably why it stopped working 2 weeks ago to force me to spend money on another app Still doesnt work

I am guessing that most users of this app are like me interested in one primary route and occasionally others If this app permitted locations to be saved Id give a higher rating although not 5 stars As it is the requirement to reenter station destinations every single time you need info makes using this app infuriating especially since the teeny tiny print makes errors in entering resulting in multiple repeat tries and a great deal of wasted time likely I wish theyd just post pdfs of the current schedules and allow you to search them by name It would be much more intuitive to use make finding information truly quick and reduce the level of stress that this app elevates so well much to cumbersome
If you are going to make an app with train schedules its pretty useless when schedules are wrong You went from a 5 star app to a 1 star app because you are not keeping up with schedule changes Fix the problem MorrisEssex for me and I will change my ratings Pay Attention
App was working great until about April 11 Train numbers and arrival times are now way off especially during off peak This is even after new schedule downloads Was great before but can no longer recommend Work up until April 11
