The old version used to be really good but has now become terrible I can get upwards of 15 minutes lag in live view over 18 hours I need to find a way to go back to the old version which was really good     Terrible Michael Coates

Took some time to get it to work on my iPhone and iPad away from my home wifi network I was forwarding ports and changing ports and nothing would get this to work on LTE or 3G on my wifi it worked great I don t think any of the port forwarding or changing ports were necessary which is what everyone says the solution is when you research it The problem for me was using the correct IP address The Swann system has 2 An internal and external I was initially using the internal IP address which only allowed to use the app if connected to my network in my house Than I stumbled across the external IP address in the Swann system under configuration then go to network then NAT Under server port there is a heading of external IP address Enter that as the IP address in this app and what ever port is next to it Probably 8000 Now I can use the app no matter where I m at and it works great with HD video with realtime and no lag unlike the Swann view plus app which worked ok with Swann systems I ve had in the past but on the new 1080p system I bought at SAMs Club it lagged bad Complete garbage Very great full this app makes the Swann system useful                     Great with my Swann system Merc65fd
