Same problem as before Arghhhh I live in Canada am dialing from Canada and the App will not let me dial nos in Contacts that already have a 1 in front of them it insists on adding a 1 on its own and then advises it cannot dial the no as it is invalid I am not about to go in and change all my contacts just for this App Someone please suggest an alternative     Fixes on March 4 2013 do nothing

After paying 50 for premium account access the system drops my call telling me that I have no credit There is no number to call for customer service and my emails to tech support were all ignored I know consider my 50 stolen     Ripp off stay away

I like using Jaxtr Have been using it since 2 yrs for international calls Just got iPhone App crashes at sign in screen Please fix ASAP 5 start when it gets fixed     Crashes iPhone 4S version 6

At first I was a bit skeptical because it sounded too good to be true Been calling my friends for free with FreeConnect who lives in Singapore and some in Europe I have this app for a month now and so far Ive no issue with the free call completely free oh and free text to Europe and some Asian countries works real good too I only SMS to two countries in Asia I love this app The sound quality is superb Could not asked any better than this Love it Thank you dev team In my opinion this app is way better than others I tried Jaxtr works perfect in my case So Im staying with Jaxtr plus its capable of texting abroad for free haha sounds too good to be true but Ive tested it and it really works Thank you Love it love it love it                 Sound quality is amazing Perfect app for me

I dont know how or why a company like Jaxtr will have an appa website to charge money but yetstill doesnt have a customer service contact NUMBER Im having problems with my service and there is NO one to turn to or talk to Their bogus email also doesnt respond to complains and now Im stuck with paying 50 for d minutes and still cant make a call What is happening Jaxtr Do u care about your service to customers or jx money Improve on your service and provide a REAL contact number or your customers will advice themselves     Why doesnt this Jaxtr have a contact number
