We use this product on our Joomla site and have for a couple of years Now that they have the App for JLive Chat we immediately installed it on our iPhones and iPads It was super easy to install and now we can take chats from any location Their support is excellent too I highly recommend this company and their products Wonderful product
It is a great concept except it keeps saying offline when I use the app I have tried everything to get it to stay online It works fine on the desktop platform but I bought this specifically to run on the iPhone I am very disappointed and will change my review as soon as they fix this major glitch It does have a lot of potential one day to be great app Cant get it to stay online

When the app is not open or phone is locked it does not show you as online and can not receive live chat requests No notifications when a client leaves a message either No Multitasking Support

Great app For chat Just needs a button to keep it open and active so you can move on to other things and get a sound or push for a chat request with the window closed or iPad asleep I would generally say that this is the best chat out there for the price Almost perfect
