It has only been in my dreams that this software has existed prior to JBS With thousands and thousands of photos that only grow in quantity each year the other leading competitors apps software emerge as very limited in functionality but JBS is scalable and adaptable to almost any way that you store your files I have taken hundreds of thousands of digital photos in my lifetime and JBS enables me to enjoy them on my desktop background Use JBS in connection with an Apple TV or similar setup and turn your TV into a fully functional digital photo frame with very few limitations On top of that John incorporated one of my suggestions into the software and made it a feature in his latest release He provides great customer service and makes this worth every penny JBS will pave the way for how we enjoy photos in the future BRAVO                     YOU MUST HAVE THIS Edubbbbbbb

I have this running on all my computers 2 Macs and 2 PCs and I couldnt be happier I have pretty much done away with screensavers and theming because of this app I can remember years back when I had wanted a dynamic wallpaper app that would allow for non local pictures and even less then 2 years ago thinking about one that integrated Instagram Pinterest and Flickr feeds What really blew me away was the RSS integration so I can view people I follow on Tumblr that have their own URLs Oh yeah and the functionality and choices are awesome I was happy to see that it was cheap by todays standards of charging alot for very little The majority of anything sold today doesnt come with customer service with a few exceptions of course John being one since I remember sending him an email a year ago and got a reply 364 1 2 days ago                     Wanted this for years indy500driver

I ve been using this app on my PC for a few years and have just recently started using it on my mac I love that my background on all three monitors that I use are actively rotating through my pictures When I first downloaded the app for my Mac I noticed a bug emailed John directly from his website and he responded back to me within hours with a solution GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 stars                     Great App RuthyM8

I have been a long time user of JBS in the Windows world for multiple monitor support I mean seriously on Windows multiple monitor support for backgrounds is lame without it When I took the plunge and started using a MBP the standard way OS X handled switching backgrounds was good enough However over the few years I was missing many of the nice features that JBS has I am stoked that John has decided to support OS X It has a few less features that may or may not be as important than the Windows version but it does have the MOST important to me features My faves are Limit selection to orientation nothing worse than a portrait picture zoomed on a landscape monitor in full screen Multiple sources and folders enable and disable sets of images from each source View Previous Image what was that I think I just saw Next Previous Image I wish I had discovered this sooner                     Awesome Sauce with electrolytes ErnieE5

I maintain lots of galleries on SmugMug and for my wallpaper on my Macs and PCs I like to show images that are seasonal JBS for Mac is a lot simpler than the PC version one example is I can log into SmugMug once on the Mac version and then add several galleries quickly On the PC version I have to log in for each additional gallery In any case both version abound with options for showing off your photos You can choose lots of clean layouts plus some fancy ones like Polaroid style I ve used JBS in Windows for years and always love how it works The Mac one is even better and well worth the small cost Note John keeps the updates coming regularly and keeps up with the various online providers changing APIs etc He also responds to bug reports very quickly                     Great way to enjoy your photos bu11frogg2

This is the best Wallpaper changer I have found for the Mac An option to display photos in collages enables all photos to be used as wallpaper regardless of size or aspect ratio Sometimes I set the delay to 10 seconds and just enjoy the show Would be nice the if delay could be set lower then 10 seconds and favorite photo sets could be added to the drop down for more convenient switching between photo sets If you want more control over your wallpaper this is the program to get Hopefully many more features will be added in future updates                     A very well written program with many options John 873

i have been using this app on windows 8 for a while and i love it bougth a mac and found out that while the app is free for windows it is 9 for mac WHY something against mac folks easier money 9 is expensive app for that price it shodul bet a top app not just as good but even better than the windows free app well it s not 500pix site which I use extensively on windows app is not available in this app even if the new features of the last release say it is well it s not very frustrating to be charged 8 99 for the same app that is free on windows and not even have the same features         not worth paying for the mac version loscar22

Having a retina macbook pro I like higher quality wallpaper All of the options that come built into this seem to have lower quality photos compared to photos from cites like interfacelift and allmacwallpapers or even national geographic s photos of the day Disappointing and not worth 10 dollars         Poor Quality Rgallmann

Great start 3 suggestions 1 Individually selectable displays I want to have it run on 2 of my three displays 2 Selectable folders of pictures based on timed switching eg sunrise pics from 6 8am landscapes from noon to evening space pics at night 3 Ability to turn the wole app into a screensaver as well as wallpaper app Darn make that 4 suggestions 4 Syncable iOS version for our iPads                 Great start Finally something like this for the modern Mac Remo Evans

I ve used Change Desktop for years but it hasn t been updated since 2011 and has become increasingly problematical on the newer systems After a lengthy search I found JBS and I m delighted to report that on my system OS10 9 4 it works exactly as described The best thing about JBS is it s CPU usage which hovers around 1 2 at rest and spikes to 50 for a second or two when changing desktops I ve only used the picture folder option but there are also options for using Flickr FaceBook DropBox and others as your picture source                     Just what I ve been looking for kwmatley
