I just purchased this app and I very much like that the photos can be embedded right into the text And being able to embed lists is a great plus A few things I d like to do in addition copy information from your other apps and paste it into Journaling move the photos to the lift or right margins and have the text flow around them and sync directly between two or more devices                 Nice journaling app rperkin4

I kept a journal in Bento for years then FileMaker stopped supporting that incredible app Tap Forms came to the rescue allowing me to import my Bento content photos and all The moral is your favorite app might not be around forever so import export is critical for something like a treasured journal Journaling s interface is much slicker than TapForms but if you want to transfer existing data from another program good luck Adding entries for past dates involves scrolling through manually and takes forever if you have to go back several years             Not bad for novices GybeTack

This app is great as long as you don t need to make a journal entry for a past date You would think you could just double tap a date on the calendar view and immediately go to that date Nope you get a message saying there are no entries for that date Then you have to go to the day view and scroll thru the dates till you get to the date you want This is so cumbersome I almost regret purchasing this app Just downgraded it to 1 star from 3 The glowing reviews must be fake there is a basic flaw which makes it almost useless it has two panes but there is no syncing between the two Changing the date in the calendar pane has no effect on the edit pane     Clumsy Interface Music Lover 555

Love love love this app There are a couple of small issues nothing that interferes with the functionality of the app but nuisances First one if I minimize the app to do something different while in the middle of typing up an entry when I maximize the app again it crashes right after I re enter my passcode I have to manually swipe up and force close the Journaling app and reopen it for it to function properly Second one when I click on review app from within the app takes me to the native music app on my iPhone Err strange ok whatever just an extra step I guess click on the App Store and type Journaling I ll def remove the two issues mentioned from my review when fixed this app deserves a high rating with no criticism But all in all syncs great easy to use lovely clean design Works great                     Great journaling app Best one so far CherieBlossom.J

this app hasn t been updated I m inclined to say Don t Don t change a thing It s a wonderful app complete with the ability to draw add pictures make lists and syncs perfectly which is more than I can say for the sync blips of Day One I don t do very many reviews despite having downloaded hundreds of apps and I m a journal app junkie There are a lot of choices and after giving fair trials to several I vote this as 1 I am currently using it on iPad Air iPhone 5c and iPad Mini Syncs beautifully between all so whatever I want to refer to is always with me Thanks and kudos Okay so if I could have one thing providing it doesn t throw a monkey wrench in a now perfect app I d ask for the ability to highlight text I ve written or copied into the app I love to clip phrases etc into my journal and would like to see those pop on the page Drawing doesn t work as it writes over the text not highlight So I ve scraped the bottom of the barrel in an effort to mention something lacking Great work I am 100 happy with Journaling Update Still in love with Journaling but one issue that is beginning to stick in my craw there s something amiss with keyboard response I type a great deal on several different apps on my ipad no problem Except on Journaling the biggest problem is keys doubling for instance jourrnal loove etcc Words that I type all the time end up looking like that in this app never or rarely happens in other apps I m pretty obsessive about accuracy so this is something I really dislike I can t make it through a sentence without at least 3 or 4 backspaces to correct In this paragraph I ve made 2 corrections In Journaling I would have had to correct at least 7 or 8 times I ve experimented and it s truly not something I m doing So I m unhappy about that and wonder if anyone has a similar experience or a suggestion or if the developer knows of some glitch                     I have no complaints Despite the fact that LLL2012
