Pointless app might as well have the training program written down on a piece of paper The advantage of writing an app is it can walk you through the training program Set a timer for the duration of each exercise integrate music verbally tell you the next exercise so you don t have to stop to look at the screen properly place rest intervals track heart rate and fitness progress etc This app is nothing more than a checklist You have to stop to look at the screen and you have to use a different app or device for a timer As I said might as well wrote the routine down on a piece of paper at least then you d be able to read the writing without having to stop and examine the tiny font Pain to use photoMicah
Might as well do this on your own without the app Instructions and instructors are terrible Never been so lost as I was with the so called starting out or whatever Olmcast
Nothing like trying to jump rope for one minute to show how out of shape you are I wish the videos were a bit slower for the beginners so I didn t feel so utterly insignificant but I m sure if I stick to it ill see the difference Not bad but not great for super newbies DSB2013
