so you need to ignore a large number of the previous reviews Came to do my exercises this morning and EVERYTHING has changed OK not everything Its actually still one of the better apps in its category for design and usability BUT the data has changed It no longer represents the official 100 list of sets So I was going to repeat my current level this morning and all the sets and the rest time are totally different Furthermore there is no way and never has been to see what the whole program looks like This was not a problem previously because I could see the whole program on the 100 pushsitpull ups website So this means this is now a black box of a program No idea what levels it is going to take you to or how It seems the developer has even taken out the three different levels not that they were very clear before but they were there in the form of the progress test Now the progress test has gone according to the developers release notes this means no more annoying tests but actually its lost functionality Im guessing the developer no longer has the rights to use the 100 programme but as Ive said already now all we have is a black box Its one thing when an app updates with bugs nobody intends to have bugs but to purposely change everything is appalling He should have left the old app as it was and started with a new one After latest update 14 April 2015 its a NEW app
This notifications remind me to stay active The interface is simple and you feel good even after a short work out Great app I highly recommend it Awesome
Great app for keeping yourself on track but itd be nice to have the option to combine two or more exercises into one circuit workout instead of having to click back between workouts Need circuit option
I would like to be able to go in after the fact and adjust number of reps or be able to adjust the default delay time between reps Good not great

I really do like this app a lot and it is worth the money I wish they would a little coaching on the side as how to properly do each exercise but the way it is set up works beautifully Great job Great App
Otherwise great Solid basic body weight workout program Not too fancy and overladen with gimmicks No need for more exercise variety IMO Just please update the pullup program to a max of say fifty Needs more rigorous pullup regimen

This is a great app for those who prefer body weight exercises over weight training Hadnt used it in a few weeks dont judge and recently opened only to realize it has been improved in a number of ways to make it easier to use See whats new section for more Well worth the price in order to have an easy to use training tool on your iPhone Awesome app for bodyweight strength training
A group of guys started the 100 pushup challenge at work at we all tried different apps and this one was by far the best Cleanest interface simple large buttons great for when you get to week 4 and you are about to pass out Would love to see health kit and apple watch support for the next version Best of the challenge apps
This is meant to be a joke app right I cant do even 6 womens push ups let alone 100 mens push ups Deleting this now
Remember the days that you had each 100 work out on 5 different apps No longer a frustration No longer switching between apps

Easy to use App for an everyday guy like me who never was a great athlete but just wants to stay in shape One suggestion I would like to see an alternative to doing pullups I could never do one and I am sure there are many people who cant Great App

Got this app about 3 months ago due to my work schedule requiring me to do more hours and being a single father raising 2 boys less time to go to the gym This program is great It has kept me motivated and Ive followed it to a T I got creative with it and incorporated a couple of other exercises to my routine and my inbetween days I run 35 miles Im seeing good results and overall feel healthier This app alone will get you some good results but you need to add supplemental exercises after you do the routines and some cardio to put you over the top For me thats the case The only thing I wish the app was capable of doing is to be able to increasedecrease the goals Other than that great fitness app Great fitness app
This app is great It really allows me to concentrate on form and diet instead of writing and counting and figuring how many and what to do next I have been using this app for 2 weeks now and only have come across one problem Sometimes at the end of a particular exercise I push myself to failure and have a few to add on But sometimes Im very fatigued and miss the button to add and click done instead I wish there was a way to adjust the count after the workout It bugs me because it doesnt show what I really did and alters the subsequent workouts If this was fixed I would have no problem giving this 5 stars Pretty awesome just one gripe

Great and simple all I need from an app Great App
The app is absolutely fantastic This is definitely the best bodyweight exercise app in existence Ive tried them all Great way to keep yourself motivated to work out and to make it easy to get to during the day Adding a few more exercises would be a nice improvement 41615 update has been updated and overall is a lot better The pull up routine now works all the way through rather than having a very low maximum Fantastic app
I didnt think that I would be able to work out like this and actually improve Love it Awesome and helpful

The phone app is nice The watch app does not properly sync with the phone app It would also be nice if it stayed active when the watch goes to sleep It should also sync with the Health app So so
Update this app is great Small in size and music works if you pull it up from the bottom Ive made it through the six weeks once and the progression was easy to follow Im going through again and using harder variations of the exercises Examples handstand pushups weighted squats onehanded dips weighted situps with Russian twists and pullups with crunches Perfect
I have the runtastic pro apps and I hate how fractured and expensive their system is This app is simple easy to use and gives great results quickly People who complain are just looking for apps to review and do their workouts for them Great workout system

I am in the military and after a few minor injuries and transfer to a desk job I put on 20 pounds and barely passed the Army Physical Fitness Test Something had to change This app was easy to follow and my scores went from just over 60 to over 80 in just three months I dont care about doing 100 of this or 200 of that I just want to stay in shape and this app does that well 5 stars if it linked with MyFitness app Proven just stick with it
Manually input your results and it tracks them Just what I wanted Simple yet effective
