The description and photos make it look like it is for customers as well But when you download the app it says it is the Representative App I still gave it 3 stars because my mom sells Avon and I can let her know about it and she can use it An update would be nice to make customers be able to browse the products and such Would be cool if for customers too

I like it shows your balance shows when the campaign is due you can order books and view brochure I dont like it takes forever to open keeps telling me I have messages deleted them all moves slow Its ok

Ok pros and cons Takes a while to load and the search engine does not work as well as the older app where you were able to put in words to search for products Placing an order is also a tad bit complicated App in general is an awesome upgrade from the older app which I loved and I love how this new apps look but you have to make it easier for reps to add customers without email and place orders from previous campaigns Needs improvement but manageable

The app picture gives the impression that a customer can log in but only allows for representatives Was looking forward to having an easy way to order Avon from my phone but this isnt it Fix it please

I was able to show catalog without internet connection I am very happy with this App i usually give it couple of seconds to Load content but it can use some improvements Overall i think its a very good update to Avon seller as myself not sure about other comments Good job Avon Big improvement over last app

Missing pics and descriptions are cut off Can order okay check prices for 3 campaigns BUT pics are blank Like to show customers or myself the multi colors styles Update or add the picturesdescriptions I use it daily but incomplete 5050

This is a frustrating app As Reps we need fast quick and easy and this isnt it It takes forever to load the info keeps starting over If you ever get in it isnt easy to navigate I also dont need so many messages but its every RPS and deal of the day or nothing I will continue to use the old app for orders on the go and log into my acct thru a browser for other stuff much faster and easier The one order I did try to enter with this app came thru for the wrong customer Not sure how or why but not good Hope this gets fixed its a good idea Oh and make the add cust feature like the old app from iPhone contact Use it all the time Im using the old app

As a Rep this app is not as functional as it could be Every time the app is opened I receive error messages out of date account campaign information difficulty editing orders etc This app could be extremely useful if these things were corrected and we could track Deal of the Day orders Would love if this app was as functional as the Rep login and services like the desktop version Disappointing

The app icon appears to be for customers but when downloaded its actually only for representatives The advertising in the App Store needs to be more clear so customers dont get frustrated Theres one tiny line in the description that says does not apply tithe US at this time Would love to have a brochure app so I could shop on my phone Frustrating

I deleted this app and will not be downloading it again until there are vast improvements It is incredibly slow crashes ALL the time and does not have anywhere near the functionality I would have hoped for as a seller This could definitely use improvement Definitely not what Id hoped for

Used to have this app on my Galaxy S5 and it worked greatvery fast Now I have the iPhone 6 and I keep wondering why it takes so long to load Not sure why theres such a difference between each version but the Apple version is horrible You will get impatient if youre in a hurry so be weary Dont bother
