Back when I first for an iPhone 4 this app was awesome fast intuitive and extremely convenient overall With the last few updates its progressively gotten worse Now the app is slow with 4G LTE and it crashes more often than not The app is overly complicated now compared to how it used to be set up and to get the basic Information I used to look up now I have to fight through all the new features that should be less of a priority in the apps menu order That all aside now when Im pricing options for a particular car Ive noticed two things I dont like 1 Certain options for cars are missing entirely so for some cars that have a bunch of additional features theres no way to get an accurate value Which is unacceptable for KBB as it has become a standard in car appraising 2 Ive noticed when I select a certain trim for a car there are options that are standard in certain trims that arent automatically checked off Under further inspection after checking off these individual options that should be standard equipment along with checking off the trim level the values are different So the app doesnt automatically add the options and calculate their values you have click literally everything that should already be assumed per trim Even standard equipment for a base model isnt checked theres things like power locks or keyless entry that arent checked off and when they are the value is higher So theres a lot of work and correction to be done with this app Ill be looking for something else in the mean time     Used to be good

With ads that now pop up every few screens and screens that cant swipe all the way like youd expect from an app it is now being uninstalled     App now unusable

App is missing years for many different models Dont waste your time     What a disappointment

The format is difficult to use I couldnt even find my vehicle on here a 2000 Chevy 1500 Use NADA     Horrible

Wow this app couldnt disappoint more Its so busy trying to pop up ads it was like it was on auto pilot Never did find the car info I was looking up Devs should be embarrassed     Nothing but ads

The app shut itself down twice in 10 min Navigation sucked Nothing worked as expected KBB is a very good reference point It is surprising how bad the app is     Deleted in 10 mins

Used to be good but apparently someone decided a web app in disguise was a good idea The UI is touchy and overall its very slow Ill not be keeping it     Junk

I used this app all of the time when comparing vehicles early this year The last update was a step back The latest update has rendered it useless It is beyond slow At times it doesnt respond at all It involves more steps is fare less intuitive and basically it is easier to just google the vehicle Im interested in     Useless App

This does not even function well enough to find a F250 crew cab super duty 2001 Shouldnt be that hard     Dont wast your time

It doesnt have all the year models it is a total mess Use to be goodThe app was fine and now it takes me 10 mins to find the value of something when it only took 2 mins before I cant stand to even use it anymore Takes way to long just to find your autowould delete it since I dont use it but hoping they will fix this awful update     Worse update ever

I really have had a completely different experience than the other people reviewing this app Everything went smoothly it was fast and simple Would recommend this app for sure                 Awesome

This is the worst app update I have ever seen It is not a matter of change or getting used to the new way It is plain terrible Please listen to these reviews and go back to the old way     Owner

Horrible app even on wifi the app is slow Should make it easier and fix all the bugs and its perfect but I rather use a browser if thats the case Hope they fix it and Ill change my review     Extremely slow

I just installed app to check out cars this weekend I did the same car on app as on website and got different values Not cool KBB Trust is not there        Works but value is different then website

Both the app and mobile site are slow and convoluted It takes forever to find what youre looking for because you have to scroll through a bunch of pictures to find the vehicle You cant even select the year I would rather have drop down menus It also doesnt have diesels listed at least not Chevy I deleted this app     Horrible

I used to love this app It worked fast and was super easy to use and navigate Now its slow glitchy and makes me really frustrated In switching phones I lost the app and redownloaded it its terrible now I miss the old one     Used to be Great

KBB is full of worthwhile automobile reviews The problem is getting the app to do anything except stay in a start mode It sits there and does nothing for a agonizingly long time The developers of this app should have stopped a couple of updates ago when it actually worked Ill stick with Edmunds     KBB

Its just a app version of their website nothing more convenient than just type in website in safari expect app rash and ads     Very unstable trash app

The app was perfect befor the last update it was easy to use and now its hard It feels like they optimized it for the iPads only instead of the iphone Just a note if its not broken dont fix it     Need to revert to previous version

I wish I downloaded version 100 before it was replaced with this crap Better to just go to KBBcom instead     What a joke

Im a big car enthusiast myself and always wanted a good place to research MSRP and Specs I downloaded Kelly Blue Book because it seemed like just that Unfortunately the app is extremely slow unresponsive made and sometimes wont even work Do not waste your time and precious storage space on an App that cant even open at times     Just Awful

If youve visited KBBcom using your iPhone then this app is literally exactly the same So everything you dont like about the website will be the same with this app It does make it easier to toggle between the listing KBB if you are using your phones browser to look for cars Other than that its all the same           Exactly Same As Mobile Site
