I liked this app on both the iPad and iPhone It was very quick and had some nifty features like being able to take notes and have that all to the real estate agent I d you are working with one I found it faster than most apps of this type IDX is often buggy A few small glitches did not detract from an otherwise god UX Smooth easy to use Kata McM
Decent at best The iPad version markets itself as HD and was more user friendly than the iPhone version My main issue is that with almost every listing they included photographs of houses that are very clearly unrelated to the property you re viewing Not very useful especially when having to guess which photos are the correct ones Meh jameson_wins
Phone app is easy to navigate and use while the iPad version is choppy at best The Saved Property feature that opens the magnifies photos is the worst iPad version needs work Karp40534

This app defaults to searching homes near my current location and there is no way to change this behavior This is useless as I am searching in specific towns not the town I live in now Please model your behavior after Zillow which does this correctly No easy way to search specific towns NotLocal

Crashes frequently When it stays open it does not include all listings available in the MLS even when you enter the address MLS number or are standing in the property I opened competing apps to compare and they found these listings just fine I cannot suggest my clients to use this because it makes KW appear second rate Doesnt compare to the real apps

I chose this app because KW has an office near me and has been helpful in the past I expected a pushy sales app that forced their listings on me or bombarded me with their emails and offers Nothing could be farther from the truth The app provides a map view of all MLS listed for sale and lease properties within my specified distance from a specified point and within my specified price range I can touch iPad another point and explore other neighborhoods quickly and accurately What a great app for house hunting Relevant Easy To Use
