App doesnt work at Jim Beam Tried for 35 minutes while standing in the gift shop it never registered I couldnt check in Good thing I had started a paper passport or else all would have been for naught        Doesnt work at Jim Beam

I have used this app on the trail itself worked great you walk in to welcome area and you can check in and get digital stamp The problem is needs updated whiskey products I have bought and tried many new bourbons and whiskers but none are in the shelf section This needs updated           Update needed

Gets to almost done and then freezes so app cant be accessed     Wont complete download

My app does not have the Bulleit distillery on the section where you can mark what you have tasted              Missing distillery

I guess I should hope it is updating the app because it has been updating and cannot recently use the app Please FIX it ASAP as I was hoping for something usefulnot another crap app I guess one gets what they pay for At least it only cost me time and bandwidth     Updatinguntil when

Why would such a great trail have such a crappy app Just keeps updating forever this trail isnt that complicated All Im looking for is a map but thats too much Frustrating     Awful dont bother

I finished the trail and stamped my last distillery on the passport when I did there was message to click and order your tshirt or click done I was in the distillery so I didnt want to chance goofing up my shirt order and hit the done button Unfortunately this doesnt warn you that you will not get back to this page So I finished the tour but dont get the shirt A pop up warning would have been great there Another suggestion would be to allow users to add their own bourbon selections some of the distilleries are adding things to the tour that arent on the app yet I did like it for the ability to follow along through your tour and the notes on the bourbons Very fun           Good but could use some fixes and enhancements

As soon as you open it the app wants to update It did this for several hours and never finished It sits at a full process bar but never does anything     Does not work

App denied access saying I wasnt 21 Im nearly 40 Please fix Id be happy to amend my review if I could use the app     Poor FB integration

I am so glad I didnt rely on this app to check in at all my stops on the trail last week You have to be in the visitor center to check in But at one of the stops I tried to check in from the visitor center and I received the error message Cannot check in this distillery is closed for the day Stick with the paper passport     I really wanted to like this

Found this app on the Kentucky Bourbon Trails page Used it before we took the trip works great Took the bourbon trail and used it at every stop Even the phone links would call the number Great App Keep up the Great job Tony                 Excellent App

I had some problems checking in at a few locations Support was quick to respond back have have credited missed check ins Theyre working with the cellular providers to resole these issues This is a mustve app for the trail              Good app

Before the new iOS came out the app was great Then there were issues with the app and the new operating system After I updated the app the other day it crashes when I open it Get the technical issues fixed and 5 stars     Crashing with update

I downloaded the app last week and it was working fine Now when I try to open it the home screen says updating and freezes Help     App stopped working

Like others we couldnt use this to check in at the distilleries while on the trail in late June Shelf feature is nice and linking to distiller websites works OK        Works in theory but not in reality

This app looks beautiful Has plenty of info but one of its key features did not work for me At Jim Beam Heaven Hill Wild Turkey Four Roses Town Branch and Makers Mark I was unable to check in to get my passport stamp I didnt mention Woodford because they were closed from flooding and couldnt go All the locations i tried my cel service was fine except Makers where I tried on their guest wifi I also tried wifi on Jim Beams guest wifi Nothing nada zilch Support was quick to respond but I do not believe them when they blame the problems on the cel providers as this didnt work even on Jim Beam or Makers Mark wifi Use this app for addresses and directions only Until they get it fixed be sure to grab a paper passport as a backup Also add Buffalo Trace in frankfort to your travels One of the nicer tours and facilities     Pretty only gets you so far Could t check in

Can not check in at the distillerys     Doesnt Work

Have had over 150 apps and this is the first time Ive had one refuse to cooperate When trying to sign up for this first time it tells me thats user me is already registered Ok then when using that user name and asking to retrieve password it tells me that my user name does not exist How does this developer get through the App Store process with this crap Sad since I was looking forward to using Bourbon trail app on upcoming trip     How could this happen

But now it says Im not 21 through Facebook Im 23 Please fix as I want to make another BT stop soon Plus people underage can still tour distilleries why not use the app     Was 5 stars

This app used to be awesome The new update is terrible Takes the app like 5 minutes to open and if I switch screens have to wait to reopen it Huge waste of time Cant wait to finish the bourbon trail so I can delete this piece of crap     Update is terrible

Very convenient since I never seem to remember my hard copy passport However the gps is very restricting and makers mark doesnt have cell service I have no idea how to get that stamp If they would make it so you could check in other ways such as scanning a bar code from a ticket after you enter an area with service it would work better           Great in theory but has some flaws

I like this app but ever since the last update it takes a very long time for the app to start up           Slow start

This app has the distillers hours and directions Only issue was checking in at Makers Mark on ATT I had to walk around to finally get service to check in                 Great App for Bourbon Trail

This is just like the previous junk wont finish update And with the attitudes I experienced 2 weeks ago dont go on the tour     POS

App has been updating for 3 days Not much use for this app if it wont even open     Updating

A known bug because they have the wrong coordinates in the app And there seems to be no way to work around it and ZERO interest in fixing it What a bunch of lame developers USELESS APP AND A WASTE OF TIME     Cannot check in at Heaven Hills distillery

This app has a lot of potential I just hope they update the bottles for the shelf so I can add all of mine to it It is also a good way of seeing other distillers products that are unknown to me If the developers are listening please integrate the map icons to the products I was wanting to tap on the distilleries on the map and see what they offered Thanks great app Hope to hit the trail soon              Interesting shelf portion

The app worked well for me I was able to check in at every distillery except Heaven Hill I had to drive down some dead end rd Otherwise it worked like I thought it would Only thing is I wonder how long it takes to get your Tshirt Curt              Worked for me

The app will close itself and say Im not 21 thus blocking my entry Im 44 and signed up using my email and manually inserting my DOB     Broken app

Great idea for an app Problem is it updates which goes on and on and then crashes Perhaps if the app was tested before it was released these sorts of bugs wouldnt result in low rated reviews Dont waste your time with this until they put a few versions after the version     Is There An App

App will not accept any email address to create a user account That settles it the trip is off     Sad

We couldnt check into any of the distilleries along the Trail in June 2013        Cant check in

Good app but need a way to scan passport for places gone to before app was purchased Also app need the craft trail              Good idea

It does everything and more Maps interfaces with google maps Distillery info Hours Phone numbers Tour times Whiskey info Personal rating system Etc if your taking the tour get the app                 Great app doe the bourbon trail

Walked all around 2 different distillers Wild Turkey and Woodford Reserve check in would not work at all Although the info provided is helpful at times the app is useless without the passport function working Waste of space and time just do the paper passports     Needs bug fixes immediately

The app needs help but here are the pluses and minuses 1 No physical addresses for the distilleries How many people do you think travel without a GPS 2 Cant check in There appears to be a glitch At Jim Beam and Heaven Hill I got errors saying that I couldnt check in The next day the stamps were in the passport 3 Support At Woodford and Makers no connectivity of any sort there I took pix I then emailed them through the support tab They emailed back and the stamps were added           A work in progress

Started logging in with Facebook app wants to contact my friends Attempted to set up login mandatory birthday and password must be more complex than my bank requires Very bad design     Idiotic design
