I was not expecting to be super pleased with this app but I was very surprised It is everything I was hoping for in a mobile device banking app and more Intuitive powerful and a real pleasure to use There is a charge for using the check deposit feature but considering the time and fuel saved by not having to run to my branch I consider the 50 cent fee a real bargain Good job Key Great App
This baby is clearly not ready for prime time Debits shown in the app dont appear on the web site and when the app is revisited those particular debits disappear This is disconcerting at best unreasonable and disgraceful at worst Were talking money here not angry birds Dont they vet these things Is this typical slipshod banking behavior No way to view a check from the app Cut Me A Break Not ready
Absolutely worthless when this happens You get an invalid credentials dialog box with no way to change your password unless you login to their site which this app will not allow You can do this from the browser but not this app Pretty much typical of Key banks terrible customer service and horrible computer expertise This app other than that is better than their POS website but that is not saying much locks you out when password expires
The key for iPhone just got an update Why not tis one for mobile deposit Update
Whenever I attempt to deposit a check on any of my devices I get a message that the amount entered for deposit does not match the photo I suspect the software used for image recognition of the checks is attempting to determine the amount of the check and then is attempting to match that figure up with what you tell the computer you are depositing i have not been able to get the program to ever correctly read the amount of the check it appears the program needs some tweaking Deposit feature does not work
I got this app hoping I can make check deposits Unfortunately it doesnt and so this app is only useful for those that want a quick update of their account Nice layout but lacks in features

My name is Julius and I would just like to thank Key Bank and its wonderful employees for making banking soooo much easier My experiences with Key have been out of this world compared to other banks in the Metro Detroit area Thanks again you have the key to my banking needs Best App Ever
Like the web based version much better Unlike web version cant categorize transactions utilities etc Really dont see the point of this app Unless I guess youre on a tiny iPhone screen where navigating a real web page version of a banks real site is too small and cumbersome Would use only if web page unavailable
This app is very unstable especially with the multi factor answers I have to keep reloading the app about every 3 months Its fast and easy though for bill paybut probably going back to the website for use Not stable

I have used for several months and have not encountered any of the instability mentioned by other reviewers Everything that is there works well its just that whats there is limited Not being able to see what payments are coming due or being able to add new payees are the biggest drawbacks but paying bills is quick and easy Useful but needs work
Initially I thought this app was great Then I started getting locked out of my account only when signing on they the iPad Eventually I was told I would have to delete reinstall the app to circumvent the issue One should not have to do this every time a problem arises It is good for quick info purposes but would be better if it functioned like the website Frustrating
Key Bank charges 050 per each mobile deposit will never use this app ever Delete this app
Been locked out of my account 3 times using this iPad version Not once through the online version Such a hassle to go get it unlocked by key every time and get no access to my account Waste

My expectations were not high based on my experience with the iPhone app but the iPad version is way more beautiful efficient I like it Awesome
The mobile deposit doesnt work on iPad The box your supposed to line the check up with is off the screen and Im assuming the camera button is too because its not on the screen Deposit doesnt work
Absolutely love this app I will only bank with Key as they are up with the latest technology As a suggestion I would like to see more marketing at the branch and on the radio for your iPhoneiPad app Best iPad for a bank
Are people aware key bank charges a fee for each mobile deposit Another petty fee from a bank Mobile depositing
The app is not as good as logging on to your account online but for getting quick info the iPad version is good enough It would be nice to have full functionality down the road though Good enough for now
I find the bill pay is so easy and quick and I love that Although when Im in the app for more than a few minutes I get knocked off which is frustrating But overall Im happy with the app Long time coming I like it
Application continues to error out and requires me to reload in the middle of my banking Good user interface if it was only stable it would be a good tool Unstable

Weve been waiting for awhile now for this app and its great for a quick balance check the location map is nice etc Its incomplete though When you go to the transfer menu you can only transfer money to your own accounts So if you already have multiple accounts set up so you can transfer money to other peoples accounts like your wife or kids you cant do that So until this is fixed Ill still continue to use the regular web site Incomplete

My parents have banked with key bank for years but I have often considered other alternatives Im glad that I have stuck with Key and that they have been willing to keep up with changing technologies The app is excellent and does everything I need The interface is simple making it easy for my parents to use as well All of my banking info is easy to access and the app runs smoothly Keep up the great work I love it
I login to key from iphone ipad home pc and pc at work but it seems like Key Bank cant handle that as other banks do My account gets locked more often than I can call customer support We may have to switch away from Key if this problem continues On top of that on an busines LLC account that has 3 signers it only allows access to one signer making things even more complicated Key Bank may loose many of our accounts because of this Problem may be that Family may ocassionaly use some of these devices to access their own accounts and this may be part of the problem but it is not a problem we face with login in to other banks Using it Locks login until I call customer support

As others have noted the camera doesnt work for mobile deposit How could one of the countrys largest banks be so inept in releasing an iPad app that doesnt work Fail didnt Key test with iOS 8

Using this app is faster and easier than using Keys web banking site Its also nice to see someone take the time to make an iPadspecific version of their app which is so much nicer and more functional than scaledup phone apps Two problems though First bill pay is a hobbled version of the web one No way to see bill amounts examineadd payee details and more Second many of the images graphs etc are blurry Im using an iPad2 not sure if they are attempting to render retinaonly or if its something straight from the web site but the scaling does not work well They have something good hope they can improve it to be great Better than web site
