Great overall app sometimes after three taps it fails to open all the way But its been a real help for phone usage Would highly recommend it                 User
This app was clearly designed by someone or several someones who clearly did not have to use it Design flaws and dysfunctionality in no particular order Favorites collection of settings take too many clicks to get through Theyre called favorites for a reason they should be the easiest thing to get to instead of a minimum of three clicks when calling up the app Once configured favorites cant be modified only deletedreplaced by a new configuration Frequency settings are limited to Bass Treble I have a Sony Walkman from the 80s with greater frequency controls a five frequency graphic equalizer Bass and Treble settings revert to defaults any time any of the other settings change like going from the Restaurant program to the Traffic program fortunately the volume does not change The app connects to iPhone streaming seemingly at random even if Ive already specified that the iPhone should not stream to the aids When this happens bass and treble are set back to defaults Having the aids connected to the iPhone for streaming creates weird auditory artifacts and so cant be left on Geofencing for favorites is highly erratic sometimes activating far away from the desired site sometimes activating well after arriving The ability to select favorites is not available from the click home button threetimes interface Defects probably of the hearing aids themselves Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable for audio streaming even with the phone in my pants pocket itll often cut out on one aid or the other requiring the phone to be brought close to them to reestablish streaming Quality of streamed audio is hideous Ive heard gramophones playing wax cylinders with better sound quality The dinging of the aids when first turned on continues for waayyyy longer than necessary Ill admit this is a pretty petty complaint but when added to all the other problems becomes that much more irritating I only hope some of these problems are addressed soon and by someone who actually uses the aids and the app Used with iPhone 6 iOS 84     All kinds of Horrible
Bought the whole nine yards from Costco with great hopes After several weeks of problems with live stream we are told that there is a problem with Apples software which isnt likely to be fixed until the next system upgrade in several months The quality of the sound from the iPhones music and other Bluetooth features is very poor to say the least Resound shouldnt release a product until it is well tested A replaceable battery with plug is nonreplaceable for the minmic You need to buy a whole new unit if the battery quits holding a charge These aids may go back before the 90 days are up I dont blame Costco for the problems just Resound        A BIG pain at times
I have tried this app on two different iPhone 6 units and it failed to work on both     App Doesnt Work
Hate with phone connection Can not download to adjust settings and always seem to have to adjust     Kirkland hearing air
Hearing aid will not automatically make a Bluetooth connection when hearing aid is turned on either before or after iPhone turn on With iOS 8 connection was automatic Is this an app problem or iOS problem Please fix        iOS 9 problem
Works well with iPhone 6 eliminating the need for a remote or intermediary device to control your hearing aids and stream audio It just needs Apple Watch support to complete the package and get 5 stars              Good app just needs Apple Watch support
I have been using this app without problems on an iPhone 5s with Signature 6 hearing aids Great to have this control One bug the battery button is not a button it is apparently an icon showing battery level but it doesnt work Wish it had midlevel tone control slider also Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars Ive used Oticon and Rexton and this ReSound unit via Costco is my favorite particularly the ability to tie in to my iPhone for control music and audio books              Works well for me on iPhone 5s
Im 49 and found I need hearing aidshave issue that runs in my family along with a lot of rock music over the years Bought the Kirkland signature 60 HAs since they are rebranded ReSound Linx 9s and less than a third of the price The app is greatam able to control the volume of either hearing aid adjust programs set favorites based off of location and they auto change to the settings of that favorite when you are close to the location The only major thing lacking is apple watch support which the ReSound app just added Hope they update soon After that it will be a 5 star app              Great app for version 1
Dont update to the OS9 beta 1 or 2 App wont work with it It has been reported that the Beta 4 restores app functionality Beta 4 has only been released to developers but not general public testers yet Cant believe there is no Apple Watch capability yet although Resound hearing aids have an Apple Watch capability This would be terrific if Costco pushed for this           Audio just ok no Apple Watch Capability yet
