This app service is a scam Booked appointment through app and cleaning lady Sandy never showed up I missed my morning appointment waiting for her to show up I decided to call using the app and spoke to Peter a supervisor and told him that no one showed up Instead of trying to understand the situation he was very defensive and unprofessional He told me that as a courtesy he would not charge me Outrageous How can you even think about charging someone when a service was never provided He argued with me and claimed he personally attempted to reach me Never received a missed call or email They just want to say they couldn t reach you so that they can attempt to charge you Never using this app again and would not recommend it to anyone     No show Unprofessional management Emendo35
