I am new to knitting and charts This app seemed useable even for a beginner When working on my first chart it didnt take me long to notice that there is no way to do repeats Did I miss something Wish I had figured this out before spending the 399 Nice beginning hope the updates start happening soon Needs more work
The application writers proudly do not let you add your own symbols They might add something if enough people ask nicely Some of us knit from left to right and need to be able to reverse the horizontal numbering for our patterns Users simply must be able to add text These deficits will have to be fixed before this application is worth 399 Needs a lot of work
I loved the simple look and function of this app but it crashed the very first time I tried to make a color chart I also really want colors added instead of just black and white Want my money back
Do I buy the full version I tried saving a chart and I just get a pop up that says I need to purchase the full version U click ok and then the pop up disappears but you dont get to buy apparently Can anyone help It just keeps saying upgrade failed Try again later Id really like the full version How in the heck
This app is barely functional The charting data entry seems easy enough but the app inexplicably shuts down losing everything I tried to save it after a few squares but a message says you must buy the real app in order to save or use most features listed in help Okay but there isnt a pro version listed to purchase You cant add symbols All notes you enter are lumped together not strategically placed on your chart nor is there any indication that any notes accompany your chart These folks do not understand knitting nor are they good programmers Avoid at all costs
Very disappointed in this app wasted my money thats for sure Spent an hour trying to create a simple pattern App kept crashing and wouldnt save properly Not worth the money

I have the trial version and like it so far Fairly straight forward to use Would like the ability to create a symbol or import a symbol Help menu is limited though It would be nice if the help menu included ALL the features with an indication of which ones are in the paid version Id like to have more details on the differences between trial and full version before spending the money Can I section off pattern repeats Can accommodate increases by shifting a whole chart left to make more room on the right side differences between trial and full
this app makes it seems as if the paid version is much more robust it is not I want my money back I want a refund
App crashes all the time Saved charts reopen with all symbols mixed up Export options are very limited Needs work Not Worth The Purchase
I used the trial version briefly and wanted to do more so did the in app purchase The paid version is very limited No color Limited stitches and once you set the grid you cant change the number of rows or columns nor can you cut and paste and I find the brush function to be cumbersome This app has great potential but its not worth the price Dont bother
I purchased the full app so I could save and export charts However many of the charts especially those with cables lose glyphs when exported Disappointing Export fail
I tried the free version and decided to make the in app purchase for the full version so that I could really tell what the program could do If this were all I could hope for from the program I would be disappointed as it is not very useful to me right now However I have hopes for further development I like that this charting program automatically converts charts to written directions The chart needs to be bigger than 50x50 to be very useful to me so Im hoping this will be improved upon in time I had issues with the program closing down and saving things improperly again I think this is due to the program being so new I will be watching for updates and will update my review as time goes by Lots of potential
I think the app is great It has a lot of knitting symbols and it is an easy way to chart and keep it with you It also allows you to send the chart via email very easily You have to purchase it at that point in order to save or email which worked fine Also it allows you to export the chart into a written pattern which is pretty great If you wanted to use a specific symbol for something you just need to put in the notes and then you can follow it that way Ive been looking for something like this great job Works great and easy to use
This app has potential but they do not have a good export feature you can not had text or export with a key for the symbols Worthless
This app has so much potential but not enough features to make it useful It needs ability to add more than 50 columnsrows there is no symbol for placing markers and there is not the ability to add text for details nor a symbols legend I bought the additional app features hoping some of this would be added but no that did not happen Waste of money Missed the boat
Liked playing around in the free version so far this is the most promising chart app Ive played with Purchased the full version but am experiencing some issues exporting image doesnt put the file in an accessible place on the ipad it would ideally go to my photos emailing image to myself the first 12 rows are blank even though I had symbols in them This app is newish so Im hopeful these issues will be fixed And dear developers if you added the ability to create your own stitch symbols for custom cables this would be a home run Good luck Has promise
I downloaded this free app and was not allowed to save or do much else without buying it If this is a trial app it should be displayed this way If I need to buy it to use it then publish the price up front I also cannot find the price for the full app Very disappointing A Ripoff
This just doesnt do much It doesnt have a repeat function to allow copying repeats within a row or by row It doesnt decrease the stitches in a subsequent row after decreases charted in the previous row It crashes when you try to export charts Basically it just lets you tap symbols in placebox by box Might as well use graph paper Too limited crashes
I like this app a lot but it needs more features and more flexibility More stitches M1K and the ability to change the of sts and rows in a saved patternKeep working on it Great Start
App always crashes about 10 times on me whenever want to open It didnt save new changes to a chart that I made and lost hours of work Random rows that wont allow any edits which makes this program almost worthless unless the developers work to fix the issues So far I find that the 4 to the full version was a huge waste of my money even though I really wanted a program like this to work Constant crashes
Im giving 4 stars as Ive used it a little and love the ease of having a way to easily carry a way to create and view knitting charts on my iPhone True there is no way to initially purchase the full version but as soon as you try to as I did export it gives you the option I think for 4 this application is great for those who are creative and want to innovative knitting designs on the go Great job including so many knitting symbols some of which I didnt even know existed I cant wait to use this app for real instead of just playing around I need to go cast on a new project Great for portability and imagination
No copy and paste brush can only paste one repeating symbol making it fairly useless No way to section off repeating areas no changing or relocating sections without manually rewriting one space at a time still bttr than the app that makes you backspace over a whole row to get back to one changed space Thought purchasing the full version would unlock a few extra features like copy or cut and paste but it doesnt Rather a total waste of money More versatility typing slashes and os into a writing app at least you can copy paste and repeat or relocate sections Oh well another letdown in the world of apps Hoping for Bttr
I think this is a great start and if there were color so I could chart my own color designs I would purchase right away Intuitive and easy to use Keep working on it Great potential
