Worked better before I upgraded my phone and would show park hours for current periods Now I only see summer hours for 2013 It did show the thanksgiving offers for this year but still with those previous summer park hours Wish it would update with current info more frequently     Its alright

No info in how long shows are where rides are Not very well out together like disney     Not good

The app needs to have wait times for rides and a map showing all rides food and shops It should also have entertainment times and venues Plus the wind seeker should NOT be on the map It was torn down before the season even started     Really REALLY

No details on shows times location Special events etc listed breakfast with Santa and items include prime rib ham roast from 7am to 11am No price no location Kinda sounds like a dinner buffet Just wasting data space on my iPhone Will delete now     Useless

This app is very cool and very helpful You can see all the rides where they are where you parked food and many other awesome details and things The only thing I dont really like about this is that you cant see the wait times for all of the rides I will keep this app to view the rides but they definitely need to add the wait times Wait times are very important and they are missing that critical detail Although this minor thing the app is very helpful and cool              Love it but some things need to be changed

I downloaded the app to help me when I was in the park The GPS location map could have been useful but only a handful of attractions are identified It was nearly impossible to look at the GPS map and figure out where I was on the printed map and only the printed map let me know where the rides were It would have been nice if there was a way to identify the attractions either by name or number on the GPS map but no No touch on a building or ride to see what it was just the blue you are here dot amongst collections of buildings        Not useful to me

The app keeps crashing after the new update Id much rather have the older version     Cant even use the app

I downloaded the app after going to the web site and it said I can just download the app Was planning a day and it would it even show any current hours or events only dates from 2013 Whats the point I then looked at the web site and the info was right there So why have a pop up telling about the app For a big company this sure makes you look STUPID     Useless

The only thing missing is wait times

If I could give less than one star for this app I would The only useful thing of this app is giving me the times the park is open as well as the showtimes This is the first review I have written for the app store that tells you how bad this app is dont bother     Horrible app

The map is useless doesnt tell me where anything is The rides should give wait times like how other popular amusement parks do The restaurant section doesnt even give a list of restaurants so I couldnt find where to redeem food vouchers Do not waste your time with this app It wont help you     Not useful at ALL

Tried 10 diffrent times to buy season tickets and it just kept thinking snd saying it was offline This app is horrible     Horrible

Good descriptions and some pictures however I would give it a 5 star if it had a better picture of a map and wait times The map is very small and even when I zoom in I can barely read it           Okay

This was a very frustrating app to use I tried to use it to find out where my wife was after we both friended each other on the app The GPS portion is very erratic and only works if both apps are running in the foreground But they dont tell you that so I ran around in circles trying to find her and eventually realized that I was following her at the last place she was when her app was still in the foreground And to bring the app from the background to the foreground restarts the entire app which means you have to wait to load every single time     Poor Needs a lot of work

I got this app to hopefully help with navigating the park and it wasnt very useful Its was hard to tell where I was when looking for places to go Luckily we grabbed a map at the gate when we enteredold school but WAY more dependable IMPROVEMENT the app should allow the user to mark which rides they have been on Perhaps allow the user to write note on a particular ride like too scary The park and app should both indicate wait times for rides We waited in a line for 15mins and based on where we started and how far we had to go I estimated we would have been in line well over an hour for the ride we quickly jumped out since the park closed in 45 mins to hopefully get a couple of rides in which we did SOMETHING needs to indicate the wait times because I did not see them on any of the signs     App Needs VAST IMPROVEMENTS

This app seems to have not been updated since 2013 No real guidance can be found here regarding the park Needs major improvement     Not helpful

This app should at the very lease allow season ticket holders to upload their their childrens season passes        Cant upload season pass

I was having nothing but problems on their mobile site so I though maybe their app would work better Nope It literally just directs you back to the mobile site so its just takes up space on my phone deleted immediately How incredibly disappointing and pathetic Get you stuff together and hire someone who actually know what their doing     Completely Useless

I have a knotts pass and I thought it would be convenient to know line times and which rides werent open the day Im going to the park like the Disneyland app This app is just basically the mobile website giving the same information you could easily acquire online So its not horrible its just not what the app should be     Not really an app

Went to Knotts today with my 2 young children Ive never been today thought this app would assist in finding the rides we wanted to get on and restaturants The map would not load what a joke     Big disappointment

DL this app last night and tried to buy ticketsafter entering my CC info the app just stalled and never gave me any confirmation I had to call Amex to see if the transaction went through and it didnt I tried it again this morning and it failed once again Very frustrating This app needs a major overhaul     Poor app

Im not sure why this app is even being offered It could have great potential but it has no information to share I was hoping to find out what the park hours are today but its not there No events are listed I got nothing As a 2015 Platinum season pass holder I could really use a general Cedar Faire app that uses my location to know what park information to give me How about that for something useful     Whats the point of offering an app when its never current

I downloaded this app thinking that Knotts might have finally gotten it right after the latest update Sadly its still garbage The layout is sloppy and very amateurish you still cant zoom in on the park map without it becoming very pixelated Come on Knotts You can do so much better I love the park and my family has annual passes but this app is so far below average its pathetic     Still disappointing

park map wouldnt allow zoom on iPhone 3GS friend finder didnt work on any phone should have menus for dining options not just descriptions would love real time line wait info for rides        great concept poor execution

Launched the app and it crashed about 2 seconds in Typos Seems like copypaste info from the Knotts website about the rides     Not very useful

It looks like the app has not been updated or supported since Mid 2013 Most of the app developers other apps have poor ratings also Maybe they went out of business and didnt take the apps down Or they sold all these apps to these amusement parks and skipped town with all their money ANYWAYS Knotts should at least remove the app from their mobile accessible website if they know its not being supported anymore Maybe Ill tell them when Im there next week     App not supported anymore
