This app must be low on carestream s list of priorities I have been a softdent user for many years I have had pearl app for a few years It has never worked consistently The IT people seem to not care if it works or not Obviously the last update was 2015 shows their lack of interest     Pearl is worthless less than one star windy352

Worthless app with 1000 price tag Unable to log in call support waste a ton of time unable to log in a week later Company line is that your server is the problem Trust me after 4 years of this run around Carestream is the problem LogMeIn app is free this one is insanely expensive LogMeIn allows you to see your schedule and radiographs you can t access Pearl when you need to Easy decision to skip this garbage app     Complete Waste of Money UMGoBlue36

I don t have the time to be sitting waiting for Tech support The pearl module needs to constantly be restarted I m constantly getting error messages saying it cannot connect at this time Then it works fine for a week or so then it starts all over I finally downloaded GotoMyPC on my phone That works much better If I had to do it over again I would not have spent the money it s a waste         Consistently get errors Doc Zahnarzt

I too was an early adopter I love the remote access to records and call backs Kodak has over priced this as well as their software in general Also monthly fee is a cash grab Call list has never worked but you can get pt info from the schedule Also the financial screen doesn t make sense too me I would buy Pearl again but I would still need to take a shower afterward             Getting better BRBINC

so far we re very pleased with this little app we can pull up patient and scheduling information on the go We like having the link to call our patients pharmacies when the need arises and leave night call notes as well seeing our referral sources has be been useful on the go as well We also got to see some of the new features coming in the update at the user meeting in atlanta last weekend We ve been a softdent office for over 15 years                     very pleased so far ellerdmd

Wow 995 to just activate software and another 20 per month per phone The most expensive app on iTunes And it s not a real two way You can t even change a patient who is already in the schedule Drop the initial fee make it two way and then we can talk     No way DentalDMD

After finally getting it to work my server w the problem this app works pretty well Cost was steep but nice to access what I need from my iphone What I expected for an app It s not another workstation in your office             DMD Iconbeacon

The interface is far from what was on the PEARL demo No graphic schedule just a list Very buggy can t log on half the time can t use night call list no notes under appointments This is a beta at best I will be asking for a refund unless they can correct the issues I have free apps with better functionality     Very disappointing AppAddict
