I am a huge Kohls shopper I needed to order something that is ONLY available online I am using an iPAD Unfortunately this app didnt allow me to enter any of my coupons or discounts So I ended up ordering it from JCP Fix your app Inadequate App

Found exactly what I was looking for Quick and easy

Cant find any way to contact customer service find sizing information or anything except a way to spend This app lacks a serious understanding of the consumers needs when shopping online Where is the customer service

The best part is the idea that you can scan your Kohls cash and coupons to keep them on your mobile device But the scanner does not work Scanner doesnt Work

Gave up quickly and moved on to my laptop to place my order Dont bother

Its terrible it will not let me view my shopping cart and it says I have more items in there than I want and I cannot empty it Awful

This app is awful I love to shop Kohls but I cant do it on my iPad The app freezes and when it doesnt freeze and I am able to see items ex a sweater I cant click on the sweater for details It wont work I have deleted and reinstalled and even rebooted my iPad thinking it was me I will be deleting this app instead Very disappointing app

Seriously Ive never taken the time to write a review but this app is SO HORRENDOUS I couldnt NOT write one Kohls should be embarrassed and outraged that they have employed a someone who doesnt know how the hll to develop an app and b someone in their ranks who actually reviewed and approved this atrocity Where is the mobile wallet they tout on their websiteand suggest you download you know the one where you can check your rewards points Man what a freakin waste of my time Worst app ever

Kohls refuses to show prospective customers their ads unless they sign in Is this reality removed Do any Kohls shareholders know this Use now locked

Scanner works but could be better I just cant keep that still and I always seem to be in a shadow I keep getting locked out of my wallet and have to request a new pass word I would love to see a shopping list for in store use and a way to figure approximate totals for coupon use And maybe a tracker for what you need to spend to earn kohls cash that takes into account your discounts A few upgrades and this could be an amazing money saving shopping tool Almost great

I downloaded this app solely to use the mobile wallet feature to store Kohls cash This was advertised on the Kohls cash and by an associate at the store The app doesnt even have a feature to do this Using this app is no different than just going to the website Not as advertised

This app is crap Wont sync my rewards or Kohls Cash and repeatedly tells me that my email or password is incorrect and locking me out One star because zero stars isnt an option

I tried multiple times signing in to my registry and it just goes back to the registry landing page and not letting me manage my registry No other use for this app And the website on the desktop is soooo slow So its a lose lose Registry Doesnt Work

App keeps on freezing and crashing Please fix app so that it works correctly also it takes a long time for specific actions to be done including updating a regastry event date Also update it for iPad Air 2 as well so it is optimized for that There is a need for updates since it has been neglected for at least 6 months now but iPhone users are getting all the updates Can you start updating both version or recreat the app to make it universal for iPad and iPhone so there are fewer adjustments needed for each devise Major issues in app

Slow Glitchy Tried to enter coupon and Kohls cash but that doesnt work Id order more online if this app actually worked Very buggy

I read a review from 2014 that said they were unable to find this feature mobile walletas indicated on the Kohls Cash certificate Here we are in April of 2015 and still this feature is nowhere to be found The only scan feature is for products Mobile Wallet

Extremely difficult to switch between your cart and shopping If you want to add another item to your cart you essentially need to start all over again and reenter all the Kohls cash etc complete waste of my time Never again Outraged

Plain and simple this app has so many bugs its impossible to use In just 15 minutes of trying to shop the app repeatedly failed in allowing me to select various sizes or colors and I was unable to add my choices to the cart Absolutely worthless Unusable

This app has been bad for a long time Hard to believe such a large company will not put more resources into mobile apps When trying to select colors and sizes the ability to scroll through them will lock up When trying to remove an old charge card the remove button does nothing The app is slow to respond to buttons Barely Usable

I enjoy using the app for checking reviews and shopping but why must you always use my location data Most apps only use GPS when they are active only I would recommend you follow suite SoSo

Dont be fooled that this app can be used for anything other than browsing You cannot actually place an order with Kohlscom Since they cant seem to get the mobile device working it might be time for Kohls to just admit that theyre an instore retailer only One star for having an app
