This app has progressively gotten worse Does anyone check it before you all roll it out Try refilling a prescription from it It constantly signs you out now How about adding use of the fingerprint scanner for signing in Two big for this app     Wrong

Love love love the app but during the digital coupon sale you can not see how many of one item you need to buy to get the saving and your ad does not show it nor does your shelf Giving 2 stars until its fixed hopefully before this sale ends Seeing it started a week ago it should have been fixed already        Digital coupon sale

Unfortunately not all coupons that I have loaded to my card will actually validate when I check out Its gotten to the point that every time I check out at least one digital coupon will not validate many times three or four wont     Cant trust this app anymore

I cant even log into the app When I click the button to log in the app crashes Thats even after uninstalling and reinstalling it All I want to do is add my Kroger Plus card to Wallet Scanning it doesnt work so this is my only other option     Garbage

I used to adore this app Load my coupons Get discounts at register App worked fine loading coupons but now when I attempt to open the app it immediately flashes back off           Used to adore this app but now ughhhh

This is a great app especially since I have to live on a very very tight budget but the 1 major problem with this is during the digital coupon sales weeks I cannot figure out how many items to buy bc they dont give you any information on the quantities you need to but all you get is a picture with the items and the words overlap making it impossible to know how many items you would need to buy to get the deal I tried to go buy the picture but ended up spending 600 more than I budgeted for and that doesnt sound like a lot but when money is tight all the helpful information you can get makes a big difference This app would be worth 5 stars easily if this problem was fixed           T W

I appreciate the concept and ability to add coupons and keep a shopping list However I have not been able to get the app to work in the store No matter if I am on store wifi or my own data plan This really renders the app pretty much useless for anything more than loading coupons before getting to the store        Doesnt work in store

For the past 3 weeks Ive been getting error messages when I try to view Krogers weekly ads I try to ignore the app when I open my weekly ads on email but the ads almost force me to use the app When I do I get the same error messages and the screen goes blank One of the worst apps Ive seen and should be a MAJOR embarrassment for Kroger Why cant I give this app zero stars     Totally Useless

I loved Kroger but this app is horrible I am constantly getting error messages Error We are experiencing technical difficulties Please try to view this feature again in a few moments Errors for every screen and several times on that screen I used to click Ok and still use it despite it being annoying and slow Today I updated the app to get rid of the error messages Big mistake Now there are NO coupons None of my previous downloaded coupons and none can be downloaded I see 00 for each category and get the message Sorry No items found I have no other apps open tried logging out three times and shutting down my phone I am ready to give up on Kroger     Errors No Coupons

This app is absolutely horrendous Their entire tech team should be fired immediately Ive called the customer service number twice now to get the problem sorted out but nothing they do on the companys end seems to help I have had the same Kroger Plus Card for years and always use my Alt ID at checkout because its more convenient I cant register my card with the new version of this app because my Alt ID is unrecognizable which is absurd my card works just fine because my fuel points and instore savings are always accurate ergo this app is crap I finally got frustrated enough to get a whole new card at the service desk last time I went shopping and it wont even let me register a new card with my phone numberof which I only have one So essentially I will never have access to any mobile coupons     Nonfunctional

Will not recognize alt ID or loyalty card number which Ive been using for years Deleting this app     Doesnt work

Have uninstalled and reinstalled have reset password have called tech support and have NEVER been able to sign into the mobile app Error message is that credentials are invalid Able to login to online account on laptop so I know my credentials are valid Have checked typing multiple times on mobile app to ensure typing correct information They need to fix this     Worst App EVER

I shopped at Kroger in Rosenberg tx and when I did self check out my digital coupon did not work although it was downloaded as an app Employees does not know Pls dont start seething new even manager does not have a clue of what s digital coupon Its very disappointing to shopper time consuming to wait for them to give me discount of d coupon amt I should be receiving     Employees does not know digital coupon

Suggested enhancements Barcode scanner to scan item to see if there is a coupon Store directory could be be done using location           Could be better

Im going to be honest I was always a loyal Kroger shopper until I tried the Publix app It gives me a clear layout of the weekly add the BOGOs and breaks down coupons into categories It then gives me the isle number where items are located talk about helpful And I dont have to sign in to anything to mark my coupons I would love for the Kroger app to be this simple too many things like scanning dont work half the time for me Keep it simple uncluttered do that and Ill try it again           Could be better

We always have issues adding digital coupons to our Kroger Card Contacted customer service and was told we have too many coupons and must delete some from our Kroger card before we can add more coupons to our card with the app Please fix this     Cannot add digital coupons

Every time I try to log in using the same email and password as I do on the Kroger website it says invalid credentials so Ive been unable to use it Good job Kroger     Cant even use it

This is an obvious tool for shoppers to havetoo bad I cant get registered with my current email After speaking to two CSRs who sounded like I was interrupting their job with my inquiry I still cant get my email registered Oh well You would think that a conglomerate the size of Kroger would expel the resources to ensure this app works smoothly Who wants to be frustrated with their grocery storeRandom     Obvious idea horrible app

I use this app every week almost daily I have no complaints over the overall design and functions of this app I would like to make a suggestion that landscape format might be an option as well as a built in calculator Otherwise thanks for the great app                 My Top 3 Most Used App

Coupons are not properly searchable They do not give details on sizes or types of products So I buy one size then find out the coupon is for a different size Charmin bath tissue is at the top of the coupon list so I search for tissue to see what other brands have coupons It doesnt even find the Charmin A search for paper towels returns nothing but if I search for Bounty specifically it finds paper towels But I want to get the best deal not necessarily a certain brand Should be able to do both Bad release        Latest release is a mess

I mainly use this for the pharmacy They need to have this system linked to the the pharmacy because the app is saying one thing while krogers says another A way to hide or delete prescriptions you no longer take would be useful Please please update and kill the bug        Needs some updates

Love the app and the 4 x fuel pts Is there a way to be notified when 4 x fuel pts being offered Also I cant use app as my Kroger card when using self check out Hope thats available soon              Love appwant to use more

The only thing that would make this app a complete 5 stars for me would be to add a feature where you can scan the barcode of an item and it will tell you if that product has a matching coupon offer Otherwise its a great app              Maybe add a scanner

Like others I wasnt able to login using the Kroger app However I found that removing the special characters from my password allowed me to login Hope this helps others           Possible fix for login

Ever since the update to fix bugs seems like more bugs are in the app     Technical Difficulties for three days now

Great app I love the fact that I pick a coupon and it auto loads to my card I also love that if I select a deal or coupon it loads to an easy to use shopping list Fantastic app and having my Plus card on here is another huge bonus Only recommendation is to have a section with your most recent receipt to view in digital form and that can be exported via email Great work on this app              Great for a retail App

Significant problem with Rx submissions Repeatedly shows message that prescriptions cant be excepted now and that I must try again later The problem is significant enough to cause me to consider changing pharmacies I expected better from Kroger     Very poor app

So its digital savings week and you cant read the coupons to know the quantities or sizes to buy to be able to use them I was shopping blind and ended up buying things in the wrong quantity and spent waaaaaay more than I wanted to If youre going to have digital savings week make the digital coupons readable        Boo
