I have an iPhone and have the Kroger 1 2 3 credit card I have this app and try to enter other amount to pay more than the minimal amount die but it will either say amounts need to be greater than 0 or do nothingwhen I hit next I personally like to pay 100 on my card but it won t allow me to The other amount key is not working Grrrr Very frustrating         Payment other amount not working bchavis

Thanks for fixing the log in issue This app is great for quickly checking balance and for scheduling a payment Much more convenient than going to web site Update App no longer works It does not recognize log in and locks account After 3 password resets I called customer service and was told I was the problem Bad app and horrible customer service     Now that it works again Misfire 7778

This is a good app this would be a great app if you were able to see pending charges on your card Can t with app you have to log in from the web to see them Please consider adding them to the view in the app This issue was resolved with login quickly after reported iT says every now and then you have to login instead of Touch ID But it won t let you log in says it is experiencing issues and try again later                 Good app Idamae11

The app will not let me log in with my information I was using TouchID until it prompted me to use my log in info I can log into the US Bank website but not the Kroger rewards app I m currently on hold and have been on the phone for over an hour Seems like there is a pretty big issue as others are having the same problems I am having The user interface is not up to date as well This app needs to be fixed     Terrible Meepers67785789

I like the convenience but there are flaws with the app and likely the payment site as well There is never a confirmation number given or an email sent that a payment has been made and if you re like me sometimes you pay it and a day later forget if you did or not and if you made a payment to process a few days later on a specific date it won t show whether you ve submitted a payment or not yet This could lead you to being late if you can t verify I need to check the actual website to see if this is info shows there verses the app but it needs confirmation improvements so customers can be sure their payments are processed It needs a better summary page as well Not a very good UI         Convenient but flawed stephyh24

Absolutely useless The only thing I can relate to is the current balance It lists all transactions since the beginning of time What about having an option to see transactions since the last statement Or to have the last statement summary It provide many different numbers related to the reward points I have no clue which is the actual balance I have deleted this app         useless tomaszhaupt
